Title: Having problems with joyland live video
Post by: Boo_Ray on September 07, 2008, 07:03:37 AM
Anyone else having problems with live video?
My video window is just black, I contacted suport and everytime they tell me that I should reopen roulette in a few minutes, but it never works..
Can it be because of instaling some programs? Last time it crashed I instaled mikeyboy's dealer sig, and then I tryed on another computer and Video was working until I updated firefox.. Now it is black again..

Boo_Ray

First, are you running Spyware of any kind?  That can really mess you up.  The having your security set too high will kill the whole program sometimes.  Could you try Explorer rather than Firefox?  I learned just the other day that not ALL programs/websites will work with Firefox.  My Motion Box will not!

Boo, are you into setting those "restore points" with Vista?  Before I add a new software I create a restore point and name it "before Roulette Sniper" and then install the sniper program.  All OK?  Good.  Not OK, then I restore back to the point before I put in sniper and see if the problem goes away.

I'll just bet it's in your settings.  Your cookies must be set right and the security should probably be on medium.

More wierd stuff... Check attachments

Actualy after I loged in and already wagered the amount, they changed requirements and they invented that wagering is counted after you make deposit.. But wait there is another catch, if you deposit 20€ and you still have bonus you can make milion€ but you can only withdraw 200€... What a bunch of gipsys....  LUCKILY I DIDNT DEPOSITED ANYTHING IT IS ONLY MY WORK ON ROULETTE that is paying..
I made over 300€ on roulette then spend more than 100€ by wagering on slots then made back by roulette and they came up with new rules.. I dont know if that is legal or not but they cant just chicken out because of one guy making 300€, or can they?

Oh and guess what... they didnt replyed me back.. Maybe they will eventualy  ::)

Guys what do you recomend?
I know that I am not gonna play animore at joyland, I will just switch to grosvenor or evropa or hopefully on DB if I can make deposit
Is it worth to eat their nerves? (and a little of my nerves, Afterall I worked from 25€ to 300€ which wasnt so easy with that small starting BR, atleast I know I am not such a bad player, and yes 300€ isnt realy big money but it is something, actualy if you miss 300€ 5 times they you miss 1500€ which is bigger money and it is getting bigger and bigger if you keep fail them)

should I post that thread on RF?

i started playing on joyland over a year ago and these rules were the same then. they only allow a withdrawal of a maximum of 200 on a sign-up bonus plus you have to playthrough on slots only. i think the operator made a mistake when quoting the playthrough as 5000. one live operator told me i had to playthrough three times the amount actually required. its best to email support. if they don't reply then email with the subject 'no reply to email'. it usually takes a couple of days or so to get a reply.

on a normal deposit plus bonus you have to playthrough 10 to 20 times depending on currency. if you don't want to do the playthrough deposit without the bonus and you won't have to do it.

if you can make 25 into 300 that easily you surely don't need the bonus.

what method do you use???

as far as i can tell all playtech casinos have pretty much the same rules. some are even tighter, banning play on any games other than slots until you make the playthrough.

i found the best slot for playthrough is the golden tour.

cheers and good luck to you.

But It disturbs me thet I never saw bonus x 200 before I asked.. I always saw bonus X 99...

I use systems from this forum and money management of course, I started very slow and then gradualy build up, I was always playing safe and I only had one losing day because I was thinking that you can get wagering amount on roulette and I missed big then..

I am thinking about building up to 5000 then make a 20€ deposit and turn slots on then make a withdrawaal of 220€? will that work or will they came up with something new?

I'm wondering, If I tip dealer, will she get money?

Hi Boo-Ray  ;)

The dealer should get your tip but hey why worry about that ??

One solution to these issues is a simple one,

a) Don't play at a casino that is on a LOT of blacklists....

b) As stated in quite a few threads here, NEVER take the bonus..... 8)

Wishing you well & hope you keep on winning...... :o :o :o

Take it easy.....[smiley=beer.gif]

yes but wouldnt be better to tip dealer for a few hundred then make a deposit without taking bonuses.. And dealers are the same as in evropa and grosvenor casinos :) atleast someone will get money that I worked for, if I intentionaly lose because I want to start with my money then money will go to waste :)

thats because it said x99 - i saw it too when i checked the terms but today it says 200x so they have changed that.

i only use these sites for testing systems as they have a 10p minimum om roulette. i wait for an email from them with the subject '100% bonus plus an extra 50 free on any deposit'. i put in £20 and get to test with £90.they send these offers frequently. i also get them from new york casino, 32 vegas & eurogrand.

these sites aren't as strict as some of the playtech casinos who restrict bets to slots only until playthrough is done.

I had that problem with the video like you as well, i couldnt fix it and the casino operater had no idea. By me these video blackout started when i have changed my video resolution. But to fix the blackscreen i have re-instaled my windows system and have not changed my video resolution after instaling the casino software.....thats it. Hope it helps :-\
