I've been noticing this. (I don't know if I'm alone here.) 'Boring' systems, which may involve repetitive small bets, yet effective for the most part may not get the rave reviews of a complex system, which may or may not bet as effective, but looks the part of a high-roller, (involving several high-dollar bets at one time, using 10-15 or 20 chips). I'm wondering do you use a 'flashy' system at the casino, one that gets oohs and ahhs, or boring and effective.

I've seen this in movies, about the big-time winner in the casino. After he wins on a large bet, do you know anyone who 'spreads their winnings' around to cheering spectators? Just asking
Never seen anyone "spread their winnings" at a roulette table, but one night, while waiting for a seat at a poker table, I was playing "Let it Ride" to pass the time... At my table were 2 attractive girls and another guy. None of us knew each other...
After about 20 mins of play we were all chatting it up when one of the girls ran out of money. She was about to leave when the guy gave her 300$ and told her to play the hand blind and bet the max (which was 100$ x 3). AND he said you can keep anything you win, but you gotta leave the table with the winnings (if any). She's like, okay, whatever and bets the max. BAM! Full house! Payoff was pretty massive (11 to 1 I think... so 3300$) and for the rest of the night the 4 of us hung out in the bar and got sh*t faced! Great times! She insisted that they split the winnings but he wouldn't have none of it... pretty cool.
Only encounter I've had of someone sharing the wealth...

Maybe now is the time to reveal my identity & the two girls names Matty....... ;)
Sh*t back to the real world.....
Oh well.... :D ;D :D
I guess most of my winning plans fall into the "boring" category.
They are uncomplicated (you could play them totally smashed) and they are considered a grind if all you are doing is playing the table minimum.
I don't get ohs and ahs but I do get the occasional piggy-backer.
