Title: Will this work
Post by: John1234 on November 27, 2008, 06:35:06 PM
Hi, I was playing on Dublin Bet today with Play Money.  I was just messing around and testing things out. Then I came up with a stratgy that started winning for me. I would like to know if this is a bad way to play. Since I am new, it is probably a bad way to play or I am sure that somebody already thought of this and it did not work for them. Since I do not have the time to test, I am hoping that somebody can provide me with some insight.

I was playing with dollar bets, and before I started playing this way I was down about $50.00...Then I started playing the way that I am about to explain and I got the 50 back plus I gained another 140. I played this way for about 90 min and I stayed around 140 to 200 profit.

This is the best way that I can explain what I did...

When a number would come up, I would bet the other 2 numbers of that street plus the 3 numbers on the right side and the 3 numbers on the left side of the last number to come up.
So if a 7 was the last number, I would bet 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 4, 5, and 6. So that makes for a total of 9 numbers. If I won, I would keep the bet the same, and if I lost i would change the numbers. So if  32 came up, I would bet 32, 31, 33, 30, 29, 28, 36, 35, 34. I noticed that the numbers would hit in streaks.
I also made a bet in the middle.
While making the bet on the 9 numbers, I also made a constant bet (would never change) on 14, 17, 20. Then I would bet on Blocks of Four. So I would place a chip between 13, 14, 16, 17,,,,,,,,14, 15, 17, 18,,,,,16,17,19,20,,,,17,18,20,21,,,,20,21,23, 24. So if I hit in the middle 3 numbers it would be a nice pay.

If a number in the second dozen happened to come up::::::
For instance if 16 came up, then I would not make the first 9 number bet. I only make the 9 number bet if a number in the 1st or 3rd dozen hits. If 0 hits then I wait a spin for a new number to appear.

So if a number in the first or third dozen hit, the total bet would be $17, playing with 1 dollar chips. If a number in the second dozen hit, then the total bet would be $9.00.

It seemed to work for me, but that could have been luck. Does anybody know if this is too risky or just a terrible way to play?

I also noticed that it seemed to work well by placing 2 dollars on the 9 numbers in the 9 number bet and placing 2 dollars on the middle 3 of the middle bet, and keeping everything else one dollar

Thanks

A simple test.  If it hits 8+ of 10 attempts doing the exact same thing, it has "Holy Grail" potential and can make you rich.  If it hits 6 to 7 of 10 attempts, it "should" make you a constant profit.  Anything less enriches the casinos.

Thanks...it doesn't work. I was just getting lucky. I did what you said to do a few times, and it failed every time.
