Title: Anything that doesn't rely on luck?
Post by: InfinitySquared on December 01, 2008, 01:48:52 PM
Because I have no luck.   :'(

I've been playing on and off for the past few days and all I am doing is losing. I can't even break even.

I have tried pretty much every system in existence (except the GUT and Victor's Lw strategy because I don't understand them at all).

Clothdog's root system, the cadance system.... everything that has been getting the thumbs up on here I've tried and I lose. I'm a patient player, I will wait for the cadances 0,3,5,7 to miss 10-11 times before betting and I still lose. I know I'm playing all these systems correctly  and I always end up in profit when playing for fun on Dublin Bet's live wheel, but now I'm playing for real money I'm just losing all the time.

I can only afford to use a small bankroll so I started with 150 units and now I'm down to 50, I don't suppose there is any hope of me recovering my losses now is there?

If you dont got money to spare then dont gamble, sad but tru. If you dont have a proper BR you are just afraid to lose and as soon as you dont feel comfortable playing then there is no idea to play at all. It´s suppose to be fun also, its easy to forget..

If you're not having fun, maybe a breather from gambling/roulette for a few days may freshen up your perspective.
TwoCat vowed not to gamble for several weeks if he thought he was losing too much.  He's winning now.
Think on it.

Six weeks, Proof!

I meditated long and hard on my mistakes.  I really think it helped.

Trouble is, I'm not making any mistakes, I'm just the unluckiest person on the planet.  :D

It seriously disturbs me that I do better betting on ECs using a martingale system in RNG casinos than I do using the systems I've found here on a live wheel.

Are you close enough to go to a real casino?  I do much better there than RNG or live wheel.  It's a pain since the one-way trip is anywhere from 70 to 120 minutes but the profit makes it worthwhile.

the mistake is expecting to win. when the odds are stacked against you. i stopped going to the casino. and my bank balance has soared. i sit at home trying out systems. if i find one i shall return to the casino.  if what you are doing is not working. why persist. try something new.  most people i see in the casino are throwing thier money away. some spread chips all around the table and get a return no matter what number comes out.  its a slow death. set a target say 50 dollars a visit.  if you can achieve this you are on the road to success. good luck

Why should anybody take care of previous spins?
Do you think the table has any kind of memory?

Personally, I do not think so, and I do not have problems with this people...
They're playing kind of lottery, they gamble... that's the purpose of roulette...

I bet in the eyes of these people, one playing some progressions or looking for
patterns is the weird guy. Just personal opinion! ;)

Good luck, lads.

m

Try betting first dozen and second half, or first half and third dozen, both exposing you to only seven numbers (on a single zero). If you lose on that more than you draw/win, then you really are the black cat.

But don't forget, half of life is luck  :)
