Title: My Weekend With A "Consistent Bet"
Post by: Moccoman on December 08, 2008, 06:25:51 AM
Having read "Charles'" site any number of times, I came to the following conclusions (most of which have been detailed on the other threads):

1. We have to beat the game, not the odds - we can't beat the odds.
2. Outlay $12 to win $8, or lose $4
3. Outlay $15 to win $10, or lose $5
4. There appears to be a "hit and run" approach, therefore every spin isn't played.
5. Some spins will lose outright, but this is rare!!! (My emphasis) This must be the case because of the outlays involved and given that the whole table can't be covered.
6. Some resulting spins will be neutral - neither a win or loss.
7. Previous spins don't count, but I believe that there is a "trigger" scenario.
8. There is more than one consistent bet and another two have been added.
9. Flat bet only
10.His website is too "intense" to be not saying anything.

My only thoughts with all this, given especially points 2 and 3, was that there could only be 3 bets made to give maximum coverage.

The bets I used on the Friday night were - on a 5, 14, 23 or 32, bet one unit on black and first and third column. The only way I could lose the 3 units would be if the number repeated, there was a zero, or if any of the others (red and second column) were spun.

One unit would be lost if black and second column were spun and a no result would occur if red and first or third column were spun.

On the Sat**day I thought that the other "consistent bet" had to be using black and third column (6,15,24 and 33) as the triggers so then I would bet red and first and second column. So I used that one as well that night.

Well, maybe it was just luck, but I had a great time both nights, with my wallet confirming the result.

Sure I lost a few times but because I wasn't using a progression the "stress of war" didn't get me agitated when I had an outright loss.

The other thing was that I only bet once after the trigger, so if I lost either 1 or 3 units, I then waited until the next opportunity. Also, I decided that zero wasn't a trigger, just the others, but I did get beaten by the zero after a trigger a couple of times.

As I said, it may just have been luck, but it was definitely relaxing to play and the brain didn't have to absorb the jotting down of notes or making any calculations.

The other two bets that have been added to the arsenal I think are 2 dozens and 2 columns, when a trigger number is spun.

Mocco

So you would use dozens with the 'red 4' and columns with the 'black 4'?

Beocino,

If a 5,14,23 or 32 was spun, I would then bet one unit on black and one unit on both the first and third columns.

If a 6,15,24, or 33 was spun, I would then bet one unit on red and one unit on the first and second columns.

Shorty,

I didn't use the the dozens, just the columns.

This is the win/loss concerning the bet.

(https://www.vlsroulette.com/proxy.php?request=nolinks%3A%2F%2Fimg53.imageshack.us%2Fimg53%2F1125%2Fmoccomanbetwn7.jpg&hash=47f01ea5750f8042a068a1d98b0721dacd471a55)

As you can see, when we count up the + and -. The + ends in +20 and the - in -23 (because of the zero).

Thanks JHM,

As I said, maybe it was just luck, but in playing I was able to monitor 6 tables so I didn't stay at the one table.

You will notice in your Weisbaden spins that you can be up at some stage of the spins, so depending on your goal you could have walked after the first 2 wins, being +4. On the website, there seemed to be an emphasis on getting in, betting big and getting out. This is not the way I like to play (ask Lanky!!), as I love the game and quite willing to play at the one table for 5-6 hours and grind away.

My bankroll for the nights was $3,000 and I was betting $100 chips so $300 per opportunity. I was up $2,100 over the 2 nights and was around the tables for about 2 hours each night. So if it turns out that it was just a lucky night, then so be it.

Regards Mocco
ps noticed an L -2 in your listing, so your results were either a -7 or -5 - not that it matters!!

Hi Guys.

I can assure everyone here that Moccoman is a very Astute Roulette Player.

And He is a Very Generous & Truthful Person & if He says He did something then You can be sure its a 100% correct.

I know the Man personally , We live about 45 ks from one another & He & I have played at Star City Casino In Australia Together Up the High Rollers Room. ( I was allowed in as Moccoman's Guest.)

He is a Great Grinder ,mainly on the Even Chances.

That's why I commented on His Previous Post.
He did something different to what I have seen Him do in the past, and I was pleased for Him.

And if there was Luck involved on those occasions then good for Him.
We all need Luck at some time in this game if we are going to Win.
He deserves all he gets from Roulette as He puts so much effort into being a very Good Player

One thing I know for sure is that the man is a Winner in Life & at Roulette.

Your Friend.

Lanky.

Okay. :) In the original post you have accidentally written dozens instead of columns.

SOMETHING ELSE TO GIVE A TRY,-

IVE TRIED MOCCOMANS BET AND IT WORKS OK ACTUALLY, IM ABOUT +10 WITH IT AT THE MOMENT, THEN I CAME UP WITH SOME MORE BETTING OPPORTUNITIES BASED AROUND THE BET, THEY ARE-

MOCCOMANS BETS = 5,14,23,32 - BET 1ST, 3RD COL, BLACK (10 NUMBERS PROFIT)
                             6,15,24,33 - BET 1ST, 2ND COL, RED    (10 NUMBERS PROFIT)

MY EXTRA BETS    =  4,10,13,22,28,31/ X2 - BET 2ND, 3RD COL, RED     (12 NUMBERS PROFIT)
                             1,7,16,19,25,34  / X2 - BET 2ND, 3RD COL, BLACK  (12 NUMBERS PROFIT)

                             2,8,11,17,20,26,29,35/ X3 - BET 1ST, 3RD COL, RED     (14 NUMBERS PROFIT)
                             3,9,12,18,21,27,30,36/ X3 - BET 1ST, 2ND COL, BLACK  (14 NUMBERS PROFIT)

X# = APPEARANCES BEFORE BET

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ALL 36 NUMBERS ARE IN USE HERE SO IT MIGHT MAKE THINGS LESS BORING, THESE PROBABLY ARENT LONG TERM BETS BUT SHOULD BE CONSISTANT ENOUGH FOR A FEW UNITS A DAY ;D

Clearing the odds:

If we bet 1 unit on back, 1st, 3rd col (after the number 5,14,23 or 32 was spun),
we have the odds as follows:

*we win 2 units on the 10 numbers:
   4-10-13-22-28-31-5-15-24-33: 10num*2=+20

*we even on the 14 numbers:
   1-7-16-19-25-34-3-9-12-18-21-27-30-36: 14num*0=0

*we lose 1 unit on the 8 numbers:
   2-8-11-17-20-26-29-35       : 8num*1=-8

*we lose 3 units on the 4 numbers:
   5-14-23-32                   : 4num*3=-12
      and number 0                   : 1num*3= -3

   Total: 20+0-8-12-3=-3
If there is no number 0!!!, we even!

The same case for the number 6,15,24,33 was spun.

Conclusion: Never beat the odds

Cheers
Dinh

Absolutely correct, but the idea that has been put forward is to beat the game, because the odds can't be beaten.

It's a game of odds... ;)
There is nothing on the table without odds.

The same as horse racing, but there are professional punters in that field, so why not roulette?

As you know, horse racing is a parimutuel form of wagering.  No racetrack will ban you for "counting horses" and Dutching the race.  They will ban you for counting cards and being too salty at roulette.  enrique was banned!

Wouldn't it be nice if there was parimutuel roulette where the casino didn't care how much jerek won?

Ok...but why don't you just try black and third column or red and second column? It even allows you the chance to profit more when the right numbers come up (eg. 6, 15, 24 and 33 for black and third column).
