Got a question for the posters, need your input. How would you bet.....only ONE number.....you have 85 spins (actual betting) to hit it ONE time. You can play it however you wish. Skip spins, track spins, whatever you choose. Any opinions? Ken
have a look at new idea. brain storm.
Betting just one number, I would look for dealer/table signature and bet a number where the next spin looks likely to hit.
Ron.
"bet a number where the next spin looks likely to hit." ???
Hi Mr J.
Is this what you are looking for, playing one number.

Maybe you can improve and develop the basics with your knowledge.

The zero on a european wheel. It's no more likely than the other numbers of course but it always pops up to annoy E/C players at some point. X spins without a show then start betting?
it could sleep for 500+ spins carnt it or am i way off.
my opinion would be the number after e.g 26 has just been spun i would play 27 next
just a thought 8)
Hey Kenneth, how about this: this one usually has merit.
- Using a moving past-spin window of 37 spins (or 38, american wheel), always back the latest number which hast 3 or more hits within that "window".
- Moving simply means you are always tracking 37/38 spins, latest "cycle".
- Hold your bet on a number for max. 18 spins or until a new number qualifies (makes 3 or more hits) and you go back it then.
Most of the time it is pretty continuous -but of course as we know, some cycles 3rd show simply doesn't comes, hence the pauses.
Kind regards,
Hope it helps.
Victor
Thanks guys for some good info. I'm checking into everything, much appreciated! Ken
I would use the simplest solution. Just keep betting on the last number spun. Always changing your bet to the new last number spun. Simple, boring and largely effective. Only problem is that like all systems with long betting progressions, the time you lose will smart so bad you won't want to try that again.

I would use my 85 step progression and skipping 15 spins first, 100 total! *BUT*, as usual, its possible for a non-repeater, even in 100 spins. Ken
Ken,
It's not recommended that Tie be bet on in Baccarat, however with a payout of 8-1, I'm wondering how would your 85 step progression would go?
I dont understand your question. Are you asking for the progression? Its expensive (kind of). Ken
It's a longshot I guess but:
Roulette numbers pay 35-1
A Tie on Baccarat pays 8-1
Therefore, would say, the last quarter of your progression make up for the lower payout which is about a quarter of the return on a win.
I'm not asking for the progression, but just your opinion on whether it could be adapted to an event that occurs on "average" one in ten hands (6 times give or take per shoe). Like I said, a bit of a longshot as of course a Tie might not occur in a shoe at all, just as a number can go 100+ spins without a show, but this is a lot rarer. Generally there are many Ties in a shoe. Would your progression take advantage of this in any way?
If it were possible I'm sure there'd be something in the Bac section or on another website but haven't seen anything.
"the last quarter of your progression make up for the lower payout" --- Thats not true. (not NET payout) That would then be flat betting. "your opinion on whether it could be adapted to an event that occurs on "average" one in ten hands" --- Honestly, probably not, sorry. Ken
