Title: Roulette computers/devices
Post by: Mr J on February 15, 2009, 02:06:21 AM
If this subject has come up before, sorry, I did not see it. Who cares if a device works, if you are not allowed to use it at the casino? Regardless of the law. Meaning, walk up to a pit boss or floor manager, take out your "device" and ask them, "sir, I'll be using this at the roulette wheel, I hope thats okay with you"? MOST LIKELY....he will say what to you? The point.....if you have to HIDE it, is it alright to use it?   Ken

Well sure.....do some Google searches or Youtube searches, they are there. BS sellers of that garbage. They brag about how great their device works but offer little advice in regards if the CASINO will allow you to use it. They (the sellers) dont talk about THAT very much.  Ken

Jerek

I think "storm is coming" means Stefano will soon weigh in.  He sells a computer or something.

Yes, it has been done.  THE EUDOMONIC PIE is a book written about some college guys who did it years ago.

you might disappear in the desert. we would like to see you in the office. think twice before you use any device. you cannot use a mobile phone at the table in my casino.

A couple weeks ago I went to Margarita Hilton's Casino and was playing (non-VIP) roulette. $5 per chip (by all means a low stake table). There was this guy wearing a hat, standing by the the glass and watching the wheel's disk from time to time. A black suit approaches him and asks him to show the inside of the hat. Poor guy was so ashamed he took the hat out for the rest of the night. Sadly for him, he was mostly bald  ::)

Morality: don't wear anything suspicious, and if going to stare at the wheel, don't do it by the glass... specially when wearing a hat!! ;)
