Title: Do you stick around after losing?
Post by: Mr J on February 21, 2009, 07:50:05 PM
For progression users, this is a very important question. What I do when I LOSE using a progession. I stay and see when/if my number(s) hit. I then write down when it did hit, take that info home and see if I can do anymore tweaking. More spins I should of done? (and more expensive) Should I of done longer virtual bets? Meaning, betting no money but still keeping track. To only get up pissed off and walk out the casino door is a WASTE of important information. Only my opinion.  Ken

Ken

In horse racing we called it an "autopsy" of the race.  We learned more from loosing races than winning ones.  I agree with you--stick around--but how do you deal with that sick feeling in your stomach when your number hits in the next two or three spins.

And what about the jerks at the table who advise you that you should have bet it a while longer?

I love my quiet office and my computer!  Before 2009 fades into history, we Americans will be in the gambling world full time.

I don't mind seeing my bets come in after I've stopped.  What I hate are the mistakes I make while betting.  Can't stand them.
