You can look at the case with the game of blackjack as an example. The game can be beaten, but casinos haven't banned it or changed the rules.
I mean, if such consistent winning technique exists & somebody uses it, they would kindly ask him/her to leave.
The big casinos will probably comp you more. The more you're there the more chance of you losing or bringing more people with you who will lose.

How will you stay in low profile? How to escape the "radar" and not attract attention?
For example, you are playing online casino...they will definitely "notice" you withdrawing !

It all depends on ya mate...
If you play for few bucks a day... withdrawing should not be an issue with the biggest & most respected casinos (I think that's what you call low profile). On the other hand, if you play high stakes... you should be able to afford to visit different casino around the world for each session.

Check out the 20K examples as posted and see why it is important to know the "unnoticed limits" you can do at your casino, and of course, be aware VIP roulette, regular roulette and electronic/automated roulette are mostly worlds apart regarding to what is noticed/unnoticed.
You must act accordingly. If you are going for the "big hit" with your holy grail system, then by all means do VIP roulette, when possible stick to live dealer wheel if you are a regular-limits player, more likely they will be no casino heat unless you are
really hitting them and finally as long as you can avoid automated wheels, do it. Answer for online casinos is either play the ones with large table limits as the reputable UK ones which host tables taking $8,000 per hand (it says about casino owners wallet) and of course have good reviews (I.e. betinternet, ladbrokez) or play casinos belonging to different networks.
Please be aware same video feed for many casinos doesn't mean they are owned by the same parent company, you must do your research (I.e. while casinowebcam and betinternet use the same feed, they are quite different as to withdraw limits and impositions on users).
As to determining network, casino's homepage is usually a good place to start :)
