Was the chat part of a down size?

Probably just lost in the upgrade.  I'm sure it will be back soon enough.

I was in chat yesterday Herb, so I'm sure it's just a glitch......

Don't worry I'm sure your comfy chair in the corner will still be there, & of course a plate of cookies.....

Absolutely not and never will be trimmed from forum. Chat feature is a keeper. As a matter of fact I'm still struggling to bring EVERYTHING back for a final forum install not to be touched in a long time...

I simply forgot to integrate it at the forum today, still fixing forum profile link. Believe it or not, I'm backing up database and reinstalling the whole board day after day at venezuelan mornings, till I nail the profile bugger... :)

Backing-up and reinstalling the whole thing only takes about 30-45 mins and I can do it in the morning. What takes the most time is adding the extras/modifications, and this why I'm dropping some until final release, but the chat surely is worth to add.

Look, while you see this image: (https://www.vlsroulette.com/proxy.php?request=nolinks%3A%2F%2Fvlsroulette.com%2FThemes%2Fdefault%2Fimages%2Fsmflogo.gif&hash=a1d466402d648de8d597a980e507ca6af6560756) it means it isn't a final install and I'm not customizing the board to the greatest extent, I am however installing the chat for you guys. Some secondary features I won't install until finally "nailing it" (I.e. arcade, etc.), but the useful requested ones, I am doing them.

A bit downtime each day at the morning is better than just trying to break it down to pieces and being offline longer. For further improvements there's the setting up VLSroulette.net for stable release candidate testing and VLSroulette.org for experimental features :) Once the forum is fully done with this, I'll leave it alone for a while, don't worry, these "fixing times" can't be eternal, we'll get over them.
