i am giving 2 patterns(imgine from 2 different boards).each one of them consists of 4 results
in both cases the pattern repeated once.

1st) 2ND)

R R
R repeat of pattern for first time R repeat of 2nd pattern for first time
B R
---- ----
B R
R R 2 pattern
R 1st pattern R
B R
---- ----

my question is:does one of this patterns has a better chance over the other of NOT repeating for a 3rd time?or they have the same chances?what do you choose 1st or 2nd?and why?

The probability of getting this pattern (or your example 1):
RRRRR ...
Is exactly the same as this one (or your example 2):
RBRBR ...

The colour doesn't really matter, it's the chance of winning/losing the bet.

Well you can change your odds playing even money bets and I like your question and I will reply here.

Regarding patterns if that is what you use then [colorsb]PPPPPP[/colorsb] is the same thing as [colorsb]BPBPBP[/colorsb].
Then all patterns become to be the same thing.
But you can use math and probability and getting very good odds for how to play the game and use the law of series or clustering sequenses into groups.
As you can see above many players don't know the true value behind the law of series or clustering.

One method to use among many...
Singel has the value of 1 and series has the value of 1.
Now you can get an SD of +3.0 if you have 14 singels with 2 series or 14 series with 2 singels.

Nothing is due to happen.

Here I will show you how the SD gets stronger and weaker and how its hovering around zero.

If you are new to this I would explore things and practice until you find an relax way of playing.
There is many post regarding even money bets.
