How often does a number repeat for example ....10,15,17,32,3,1,0,5,10
The number 10 repeated after 8 spins.
Are there any laws,mathematical equations ,statistical test or any other method where average spins were determine?

of course, but like a single number can sleep for several hundred spin, so the repeating of any special number can sleep that far.
It is already teste:
direct repeat of the number in next spin
repeat in the second spin
repeat in the third spin
etc.
there is no chance in this. Good streaks are always appearing but then ...
