What's also interesting is what is not there:  The 10 for the RO and BE.  If we could get constant clusters like these, we'd be in the tall cotton.

Yes, R/O and B/E both have more than 1/4 of the numbers.  Very interesting.

What's also interesting is what is not there: The Columns

If you check the mis-distribution of REROBEBO you have to combine it with the mis-distribution ob RB in the columns.

And please do always remember: it only depends on the 36 coloured numbers. If there would be 40, there would be no mis-distribution.
