Title: William hill casino.
Post by: Kingspin on April 10, 2009, 02:01:41 PM
I recently made a withdrawel and was informed by e mail the following :-
"Due to a Visa policy, we cannot routinely issue credits against previous Visa deposits. Refunds to Visa cards are solely at our discretion. MasterCard refunds are not possible".

What does this mean does it mean if i make deposits by visa that the william hill casino won't pay it back to the card every time. Does this mean they will only pay any winnings to a bank account.

I just posted them an  e -mail asking them to  explain just what this means. This casino seem to have more rules and regulations that I ever seen before :(. Ok here  is what I have discovered about this casino. Anyone thinking of joining this william hill casino can expect this. First thing is they won't pay you a penny back in winnings until you supply a lot of ID. They will want the front and back of your credit card scanned and  sent back to them via e mail, they will also want a statement for this card. They will want your driving licence , utility bill , and a bank statement!. They are  also slow to pay , well over a week before you see any winnings paid back to your card. All in all they suck and they suck big time. Not one of my favourites I have to say. Erase the security number off the back of your scanned card image using windows paint on your pc , anyone intercepting your card along the way could rip your card off if they have the security code. This is one good reason I am not joining up to anymore online casino's....Kingspin..

I think these guys have dealt with problem payouts before if it helps.

A lot of casinos are like this though, pain in the butt - gotta send this and that (even with Neteller/Moneybookers accts). But once you've done it it's usually a smooth and relatively quick process for future withdrawls.

Actually I think you'll find that more and more of the online casinos, at least the reputable ones, WILL want a lot of identification to confirm whom they're paying out!

I ran into the same thing the first time I pulled money out of BPH.  Credit card, driver's license, utility bill to show a verifiable address.  No, I was not happy at the time but I faxed/emailed it all in and the checks started coming with no problems after that.

It was the initial payout that needed to be confirmed evidently.

Haven't had to submit anything in the last two years now, just the check request.

Moneybookers (and a few others) do not accept USA based cards or addresses.

There are just really some sites that are not open for some other countries, maybe that's one of the reasons.

IF YOU HAVE MONEY WITH WILLIAM HILL, TAKE IT OUT ASAP AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK. THEY ARE LEGAL SCAMMERS. See casino reviews at nolinks.reportcasinos.com (nolinks://nolinks.reportcasinos.com)
