The results are nothing better than random, unless of course you (or the company) are willing to provide irrefutable test results over a statistically relevant sample size showing that the predictions beat randomness and the house edge, providing consistent profit.
Any newbie can go use that free trial, gets lucky, then thinks that it's the software that made him win and sends the "company" money to let him use it more. The seller of this software/service therefore has nothing to lose. To him/them, it's a safe bet. No investment, yet potential income.
The only 'consistent profits' such software makes are for its maker. That is unless people like me write informed "negative" comments about it in the world's most popular roulette forum to warn others who might fall easily for such scams.
Here is a fact: If such super duper software technology you're advertising did really beat the game, it would be in the news.
