This is the expectation of mod a section, no one wast 10 pages with empty claims and statment and no name calling or selling.
Regarding some one just posting hes results and telling every one how good he is with out being productive and show some-thing is fuzzy maybe a lock of topic and so on.
No need to observe every day just keep an eye on it.
