Walk up to a table. Have a card with the numbers 0,00,1-36 marked on it.
Look at the display on the table.
Mark off all the numbers appearing on the display.
Pick 3 of the remaining numbers, these are your betting numbers. Pick these three numbers however you want. I use my wife's measurements 36-25-35.
Play each of your betting numbers for $1 (assuming a $3 minimum table, adjust this to fit the table minimum)
On a win, take out a new card and repeat the process.
On a loss, mark off the number that just appeared.
Add 1 new number to your betting numbers. Pick this new number however you want, you now have 4 betting numbers. Each time you lose add a new betting number to the list.
Bet the betting numbers for $1 each.
When you get to the point where your current bet won't recoup all previous losses, increase current bet size. Here is an example. The first column is the number of betting numbers bet on, the second column is the bet size per number. I'm guessing that you will wake up one of the sleepers in the fist 10 spins or so.

Keep increasing bet size to recoup accumulated losses.
Keep playing until you win or hit table limit. If you do hit table limit you will have just lost a FORTUNE, so now go kill yourself.
