I don't know the particulars about the betting procedure or if they have the casinocam, but it is one of the choices (Launch Live Dealer lobby)

BTW, if it is like Riverbelle does that mean that the table limit is 10 or 10 on a single number????
Hope it's the latter for your sakes dude ???
Take it easy.....
I will let you know, but I think it's .50 per number.

I'm wondering that too... perhaps the cat will clear that one for us.

betting at Wild Jack Live, numbers and streets are 0.50+, dozens/rows are 2.50+, and red/black, odd/even/, high/low are $5+
They have a very strange way of letting you place your bet. Somehow they multiply it by ten! I tried to put five on black and got fifty. Place fifty cents on black and you get five dollars.
But, proof is right.
Thanks Proof
Sam
Just played my first session at Wild Jack (Live Roulette). How do you exit to get back to the lobby? The only way that I found to exit was to delete the window completely.
Up 25, by the way. :)
Hoper
You don't! And there are some other screwy things there, too. Like bets not being confirmed when you don't even have to confirm them. Figure that one out.
Sam
If you look in the 'options' sections at the bottom of the betting table, click there and you will see the 'auto confirm' checked. You have to -uncheck- the box and exit. Each bet I've learned must be confirmed with about 15 seconds for the dealer to confirm the bet.(who may not confirm the bet).
Proof
I will look into that, but what about not letting you bet? I mean the counter went down to seventeen seconds today before they removed the losing chips and let me bet again. This hugs the bag!!
Sam
Proof
I am not clear on what you are saying. Are you saying she has to punch a button before we start to bet? I know she punches a button for the number that came.
I tried placing some dummy bets a few minutes ago and it would let me bet as soon as I saw the crawl bar start at the 28 second countdown. However, today, after I won some money, they would not let me bet. The crawl bar got down to 17 seconds before they removed the losing chips and let me bet.
Have you had this happen?
I want auto-confirm as I don't want to forget to click that confirm button.
Sam
I have sent an e-mail voicing my concerns to Wild Jack Casino. They are a memeber of the ECOGRA group and maybe there is just a glitch of some sort.
What do I fear? Well, I went from 200 to 500units and the time alloted to bet seemed to get smaller and smaller. What does Mr. J. say? Could this be a counter-measure?
Inquiring minds want to know!
Sam
So it that what you have asked them in the email 2Cats??
Why did the time available to bet go down???
Good luck & pls post their reply..... ???
Take it easy.... 8)
A copy of my email:
Hello
I have a problem I am very discouraged over. It seems that when I started
winning some money playing roulette, the time alloted to bet started getting
smaller and smaller. At one time, it was down to 17 seconds before the losing
bets were removed and I was allowed to place new bets.
I know i am not seeing things as I make a screen recording of all my sessions.
Very seldom do I get to bet at the 28 second entry point. It is usually at the
24 down to the 22 second time limit.
When the time runs out, it's out--there is no grace to keep betting.
Also, even thought I'm on auto-confirm, sometimes my bets are not confirmed.
What's with this?
I hope I am doing something wrong and you can correct me.
It is hard enough to win a little playing roulette; it is impossible to win if
there is no time to bet.
Would you like to see the video?
Sam
Very nicely put 2Cats ;)
Good luck with it, will be very interesting to see their response.... ???
wicked email Sam - keep us posted, I'm interested in their response (as is everybody I'm sure).
Cheers,
Matt
Well, from my recent experience 'Auto-confirm' doesn't work. I do believe the dealer must press a button to confirm the bet. Moreover I have missed opportunities seeing my bet was not always confirmed.
It's a real turn-off!
As far as contacting Wild Jack, the only way I have been able to contact them is on the phone (the 800 number). they wouldn't answer my email or live chat otherwise.
Well, we'll see........
I will not stop playing there, but I may modify my approach to account for this problem.

- Do you have a Firewall/Personal firewall installed? Yes / No
If possible, a screen shot of the problem would also be helpful.

Looks like a standard reply to me Sam.... :-[
Let's hope they are not just stalling.....
Good luck.... ;)
Thanks..........
I did not have that program, DirectX, on my computer. I downloaded it and perhaps that will help.
I want to give these people the benefit of the doubt and see if this is a correctable problem.
Sam
It could well be a genuine error Sam, but of course it looks a bit suspect because you were winning ;)
Anyhow let's see how it pans out.... ???
x
I forgot to answer. You have 28 seconds to bet.
Sam
Just out of interest Sam, is it 28 seconds over @ Riverbelle ???
Just a thought.... 8)

Sam
I see what you mean, Sam. Missed a winning bet tonight because of it. Oh well, still up 65 units for less than 3 hours play.
The time to make a bet has been okay so far.
Ron.
Riverbelle is exactly the same. However, at Jack they do not take the old bets off and if you put new ones on they will be taken off when the old ones ARE taken off.
So you can't bet until they say you can, in effect!
More later........
Sam
OK, here's a screen shot. Notice how the counter is at 18 seconds and the old bets and puck have not been removed. If I bet before they are removed, they go with the old bets when they go and you have to start over. You are forced to wait.

Hi 2 Cats
Thanks for ALL the info ;)
I know someone who uses a a piece of software called "Marco Express". One of the things it can do is reproduce mouse movements, in theory helping you to get your bets down quicker....
I DON'T have the software but it maybe worth a look :o
you can find it at nolinks. marco express . com
(Don't forgot to remove ALL the spaces above, I've just put them in to show it's not a affiliate link ;))
If you do buy it, please let me know if it does help ;)
It's only $40 so you may well consider it worth a punt.... 8)
