Hi guys. I noticed there's a system being sold from the UK. Why is it legal in the Uk to sell roulette systems that don't work? Or is it? I know Roulette Sniper is not UK, but they get away with selling it and it doesn't work? Could you help me out here? Many thanks in advance :)
