Title: 6 double streets
Post by: Mr J on August 24, 2013, 09:49:26 PM
I thought of an idea months ago but not real sure if I have the time to proceed with it.

And it goes a little something like this >>

We have 6 DS's. We bet the lowest amount on the first DS. If we hit, cool.

No hit, we bet the 1st and 2nd DS. No hit, we bet the 1st, 2nd, 3rd DS etc., all the way to the end, even if it means betting on all 6 at the same.

Yes I know, we would be in the minus on certain hits but *SOMEHOW* coming up with a creative cancellation method or "up as you win", "down as you lose" type of betting style?? I'm stalled on this one but it has potential.

I think it has potential, I bet the streets as they come up and continue until a hit. I use a little progression but you know that if you go to far on progression there is a point of no return.

Will try it a couple of more times to see where it goes

thanks for the idea

Thats why I'm staying away from the "progression" idea, I know it won't work without even testing it. SOME TYPE of up and down with units is the answer but I cant make it work, for now.

I played this method for some time a few years ago. It can be very profitable as at least 1 DS is normally sleeping. The problem is when all 6 DS's appear quickly. With 6 lines in play it's difficult to recover. I tried various progressions and dropping some of the lines, but I never completly solved the problem.
I will be interested in what the forum can come up with. In the meantime I will try to find some of my records.

Not exactly a  winning method.  More likely to reach a loss limit.

A way to show the casino that one can also lose if you are   a steady winner with another method.

Smart LV Wise  Guys never take anyone  casino for more than $ 200 before they move on to the next one.

The sentence  is self explanatory.  Move on to the next casino and repeat your winning method.

Don`t draw attention to yourself.

I found the best way to play this was to start a new series as soon as I was in profit. Once 6 lines were in play I found it better to take a loss rather than let the series drag on. I considered it part of the cost of doing business. My son took a different approach and played on untiluntil one of the sleeping lines hit big and cleared the loss line.

$200?

Hardly worth the effort... all that moving around. No one's going to bother you over $200.

$2000 and they might raise an eyebrow.

bombus,

YOU don`t know the Las Vegas  Casino mindset..   WE WIN -----YOU LOSE !!

More knowledgeable  people than you know  what they are talking about. That`s the local wise guys  who  are aware of this matter. They   don`t like to be noticed winning large  amounts at local casinos   day after day.

Tourists  don`t have to worry. They are getting fleeced   at other locations  along the strip

Nuff said.

I live in Sydney Australia and at the moment we only have one casino, Star City. So players here don't have the luxury of moving around between establishments.

Leaving Star City with a good deal more than $200 on a regular basis has never been a problem for me, in fact they throw all kinds of complimentary stuff at me to lure me back in.

Oh well, LV must  be different.

Cheers.

the casino knows you will be back when you win to win more and when you lose to winit back. the casino never loses. nobody
wins in the long run. I see people win thousands of dollars.  but I reckon they give it back. if you have enough players at a roulette table the house must come out in front. most will have lost but some will win. the losers win and the winners lose and the cycle goes on. good luck.

bombus,

Like Sydney ,    our one  casino towns are operating the same  way  to keep their customer base  happy  and lure them backi to their casino. offering free rooms, food  comps, free tickets to  special events . etc .

But there is only ONE Las Vegas   a tourist magnet.

HAPPY WINNINGS!!!

That's about it.  Consistent winners are soon "shown the door".  But big winners are wined and dined because there can be no other reason than luck for that.  (Cheating is an issue only for big wins, so casinos like to let those wins continue to check for which form of cheating.)

Casinos are only slightly less owly than the gambling boards.  Embarrass the moderators, and you're soon muzzled.
