Step 1. make some free spins until a number shows up a second time: 12,34,!!!10!!!,2,4,33,8,13,!!!10!!!
Step 2.now you bet on the street: 10,11,12
           use this progression 0,1/0,2/0,3/0,4/0,5/0,6/0,7..... and stop at !!!!!2,10$!!!
           

after winning, take a short break and start over.

I just played 21 times and did not lose once.

Any particular reason why this would win on the long term?  Did you ask yourself this question?

Right now I am in Alpha Mode,because im the only one playing this way.
As soon others start to do it,and tell me how it goes, this Test will shift into Beta.
I/We need to gather Data/Information.

Probably a dumb question, but what do all the !!!! mean and what does 0,1/0,2/0,3/0,4 mean? Very confusing.

12,34,!!!10!!!,2,4,33,8,13,!!!10!!! its just a way to show that the 10 appears two times in 9 spins
and 0,1$ 0,2$ 0,3$ 0,4$ = 10cent 20cent 30cent ect. 2.10 is the Limit

OK, got it thanks for the clarification. 

Just remember streets can sleep for a very long time.  While trying out your method with live spins from Spielbank Wiesbaden, I hit one street that slept after a repeat for the next 45 spins. 

I have attached it for you to see, the repeat was number 33, which happened to be the first repeat.

Having retired last week after a  successful, 20 year trot with this game I now feel free to start commenting about it, this is my first post to The Forum:  while this system would seem to mirror many others posted in times past to the extent it depends on repeaters; I tend to agree with nowun on his point. We have all seen even the 1st dozen sleep longer than the progression could withstand.               
However, on the positive side why would you not forego the meager street payout in favor of risling an additional unit to bet the splts, 10-11, 11-12 for the chance of a larger return if it performs as you indicate?

I think 10-11-12 was chosen because 10 was the repeater in the OP's original example & 10 -11- 12 is the street associated with that number.  I'm not saying I agree with using the TABLE layout as a basis, it would seem to make more sense to bet the numbers on either side of 10 on the WHEEL layout; but that is not what he says is working, so I supose we should reserve comment until his method fails. .........
