Title: Casino vs. player

I bet that percent is VERY VERY low. Casino's logic? You dont like it? So what, too bad. I have seen numbers (roulette) not paid out and all you hear is....oh well. One casino here in town (Milwaukee), MILES away from another one. Logic being, you won't be driving to the next one.

Same down under here in Melbourne,
I have been a member at Crown Casino ( the only Casino in Victoria ) for 20 years .Had mainly a second tier members card, you know get parking ,hot drink or lemonade that's about it. Well being away for near 8 months because of my wife's mothers illness, I front up at Crown
yesterday ,and a lovely staff member asks if I have renewed my card, I said that I have just returned and discovered that I had a bronze card,( its worthless you get nothing) and can they give me the next one up. I will go and see she replies, well one of the managers comes out ,no he says we cant give you an upgrade you haven't been playing, I explain to him why and he talks down to me, you have to play and walked away, and you know I had always said hi to this guy when I saw him, never again.
Crown have PR problems( maybe all Casinos ?) and they wonder why its so empty .
Once  a new Casino gets built  in Geelong or Tasmania Crown will be empty.
In the mean time, I will fly to Tassie or drive to Canberra.
