I can give you a fast review on both "systems". First, betting 2 columns against the last coming column with heavy progression. Suicidal! Didn't you ever see come streaks of 6 and higher on columns or dozens?
The second is known as progression named Oscar Grind or pluscoup, which has a lot of potential with good strategy.
