yes it is legal, you are not mesuring any wheel speed or somthing, you are just charting the numbers :)

And if you use a Java applet on your mobile to found a crossing? Like the G.U.T tracker, just not for PC.

well basicly, why would that be Ilegal.. First of all If you are at airball table, and you are messuring speed which should be Ilegal and they warn you.. That could also mean that airball table can aim for sectors, because they can adjust air pressure and rotor speed.. I dont have any Idea why electronics would be ilegal at airballs..
