Cheers guys...happy to help.  :)

I've got one or two more that I will post when I have the time.

For me "Money Mangement" is probably THE most important aspect of betting.

Having a clear idea of what you are doing with progressions, the odds your
playing with and where it might take you in terms of your comfort zone when placing
those bigger bets.

My Grandad once told me that the way most people end up making a small fortune on the
tables is by starting with a large one in the first place.

Victor, you never cease to amaze me !

Your words are truly inspiring, i don´t know enough english words to compliment you.

You have an humble and altruistic posture as i have seldom witnessed. That alone puts you right up there. Way up !

If only mankind took up that kind of positive vibe, we would be a great (planetary) community.

I don´t want to get into political thoughts, but your country is suffering a lot, so i propose you to run for the presidency...  Por supuesto !  ;)

To Amber:
Your 4-streets progression (transversale simple !) looks very good for the following:
Register spins as long asyou have 4 streets "sleeping" for 15 spins.
From 16th spin apply your 4-street progression - you will earn all about 10% wins, but
calculate total losses between !! On "long term" you will win much more then loose !

That is just beautiful, thanks for the valuable information.
One question on turbogenius homepage I found a list with longest waiting times for many things like Longest waiting time for a single number not to occur. Does anybody know or have any more information of this kind. Like if instead it would be longest waiting time for two numbers not to occur. Some more statistics or numbers from a million spins would be appreciated. The link to turbogenius figures are:

[edit]Dennis, it is OK to make Turbo's site clickable ;)[/edit]

@ Dennis. Hi there !

In fact, i already asked TurboGenius to re-run another million spins and compare the results with the original batch.

You can read it here >>>  nolinks://nolinks.gambling.projectsydney.com/viewtopic.php?t=5596

Unfortunately, Turbo hasn´t answered until this day.  :-X

The reason i asked this was to provide for more information to everyone and because i was really interested on the results.

I AM STILL INTERESTED, so if anyone could chip in using TRNG spins, i would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you Dennis for bringing this up  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
Title: Re: Various progressions
Post by: Dennis on February 24, 2008, 10:08:52 AM
Yes exactly that would also be great, a second whatsthelongest so that they can be compared, it cant be that hard can it.
But I would also like if even more information could be gathered this second time as I said before, like for two numbers to show, three number to show and two streets to show and so on.
Anyone up for the challenge?
@ Wildcard maybe you can try and post it again in the VIP Lounge but not as an request but as an open question.
And if you get an answer you could maybe post it for everyone here at VLS [smiley=thumbup.gif]

@ Dennis. Hello again.  [smiley=laugh.gif]

Quotelike for two numbers to show, three number to show and two streets to show and so on

Hummm... 2 numbers to show, consider it a split bet... 3 numbers, consider it a street and so on ... I do because i believe that there´s absolutely no difference between, say, ANY 2 given numbers and ANY particular split over that large amount of spins !

It all comes down to the same regarding the " sleeping periods / absences " issue.

Quotetry and post it again in the VIP Lounge

Thanks, but no, thanks ! Once "bitten", twice shy... I would love to share it here, but i have no desire to "repost" an idea, even if it has different clothing.

Please understand my point here. It´s a pride thing i guess.   :D

Hope someone steps in with a helping hand... It would be  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Besides, coding RX (that i don´t have) for such exercise shouldn´t be THAT hard if you (read anyone) are (is) familiar with it´s language.

Cheers !

Ok here it comes, I did some spins with a free software I found at nolinks://nolinks.lonniebest.com/Roulette/
Could not get any information about streets and lines etc but for Single, R/B, E/O, 1-18/19-36, 12 numbers and Columns.
I ran million spins 5 times to see differences from the initial one from turbogenius. Here are the results.....

1.  Single               473
     R/B                 21
     E/O                 19
     1-18/19-36       24
     12 numbers      38
     Columns           38

2.  Single               476
     R/B                 22
     E/O                 21
     1-18/19-36       24
     12 numbers      39
     Columns           37

3.  Single               477
     R/B                 22
     E/O                 23
     1-18/19-36       20
     12 numbers      35
     Columns           37

4.  Single              519
     R/B                 22
     E/O                 20
     1-18/19-36       20
     12 numbers      37
     Columns           39

5.  Single              537
     R/B                 20
     E/O                 23
     1-18/19-36       21
     12 numbers      33
     Columns           40

The problems that I found are the inconsistency with the single number non-hit streaks.
Hope you can use this info for something, and I know that the info about streets, lines etc. is info that we still want, but I couldn't find.
I hope that anyone can give us that info.
Regards
/Dennis

Perfect, Dennis ! Great work.   [smiley=dankk2.gif]

You know, i always entice people to use the internet for what they need to know, since it is such a powerful tool.

You get an [highlight]A+[/highlight] for effort.  I haven´t searched for it myself mainly due to lack of time... (usually i can´t even make the time to play, let alone research).

Victor allows us to use direct links in here ( he is a top cobber ...lol ), so i am copying your link below:

nolinks://nolinks.lonniebest.com/Roulette/

As you might know by now, i have some weird notions about randomness, so let me give you a hint (ignore it if you disagree):

- As you are aware, there are some "inconsistencies". I can understand what you mean... but you can use the same data you posted (or re-run other samples) and extrapolate (convert) the results to fit the lines/streets, etc., using the proper ratio, do i make myself clear ?

QuoteHope you can use this info for something

I did, mate !   :D   Almost instantly it confirmed some of my thoughts, so i am thankful you posted the results.

If i get the time, i can look for other sources of information.  Meanwhile, i wish you all the best.  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

[highlight]@ The people reading this[/highlight] : If you are able to contribute, please help us out, OK ?  ::)

Title: Re: Various progressions
Post by: Wildcard on February 27, 2008, 09:56:30 PM
I can´t get the program to work, i always get an error message !

I was only trying to figure out what kind of spins were being used.

If they are not TRUE random numbers (TRNG), they are IMHO of no use !

That would explain the "inconsitencies" you mentioned before.

ANY TEST i wish to make, i resort only to TRNG numbers or actuals, discarding the rest because... well, to put it simply ... they are not trustworthy.  [smiley=sad.gif]

So i guess maybe this is not totally accurate for your quest, Dennis. Can you find out how those spins were generated ?

Come to think of it, i checked out turbo´s page and guess what ?

QuoteThis page is to document some extremes that have been noted during a recent
runoff of 1 million
spins (rng).

Call me crazy !   Well, we can call this samples "pointers"   ;D

Cheers.

Hi Abbers ...Hi All

Does anyone know how this would be played...

QuoteThe 'Lucas' series is 2 1 2 3 4 7 11 and when
combined with the Fibonacci makes what I call
the 'Combo' series: 1 1 2 3 4 7 11 for even
money bets

With these two series one needs only a 33%
win rate to usually come out ahead 4 units.

Thanks

Post by: Talesman on September 05, 2008, 03:38:09 AM

First, let me say that the original post in this thread was originally from my personal collection..at least what I had cataloged at the time it was posted as a ZIP file.

TicTacToe asked how to play the Combo.

I think the hint is the word "Fibonacci".  So play it as you would a std. fibo.

That said, there a variants of the fibo as well.  Such as not moving up or down unless one has 2 consecutive losses or 2 consecutive wins at any level.  Some folks stepladder while others re-start at any time there is a profit.

Experiment.

Let's look at the numbers:1 1 2 3 4 7 11

Bet one and lose, bet one again.  Win you are even.  Restart.
Bet one and lose, bet one again and lose then bet 2. Win, you are even..restart.
Bet one and lose, bet one again and lose then bet 2  and lose then bet 3.
Win, drop down to 2 or 1 for your next bet.

It all depends on goals.

Me, I am a firm believer in NOT LOSING.  So even if I have to grind just to break even then that is what I will do more often than not.

Others base their progression bets on ALWAYS winning a unit before closing out the series.

There is a lot to be said for both methods.

It's all about risk and rewards and mostly, risk-tolerance.

So, as I said before...experiment and preferably using actuals.

Keep winning.

Thanks Talesman

I was under the impression we had to combine these two sets to form a betting scheme. I didn't realize that they had already been combined. No problems then, I'll take it from here.

Thanks again

I am sure it said that the Lucas was combined with the Fibo for the author to arrive at the published numbers.

I'd have a better handle on that as many of the progressions in that file related to a post at VIP.  VIP went dark and took all my references with it.

hello

The anything before invest

if to know the ROI

Before start playing progressive

need to choose a wheel that repeat the number frequenctly

check the hot number
out of 5`6 hot number
if not repeat at last 20 spin

bad wheel

also beware, the hot number how it count, is that hot number of last 30 spin, 50 spin, 100 spin, 200 spin or 400 spin.?

using the last 50-30 spin as analysis

400 spin data is useless reference.

as pattern change every 40 cycle

play small by buying some insurance on none expected number too .,

when win, use that win chip to bet for big

same in business
when business not earn money, we pump in more money may either make the business survive or make the lost bigger

bad business is bad business and useless to invest further, cut lost is the point.

bad wheel is bad wheel, no point to sacrified money on maupulated wheel that hard to have repeat number happen.

good situation selection is much important than how hard you progressive in

catching fish in sea is much easy than in desert.

choose the sea with plenty of same species of fish  and start what every your hardwork there
