Title: [System] Wheel Sector Play
Post by: Advantage.Player on November 30, 2007, 11:31:56 PM
Here it goes - my system that I used on Dublin bet with fun tokens and real life outcomes that landed em 10K with out losing!

My total profit was 14k and 80% of that was done with roulette and then 90% of that 80% was done with this system - so that's ~10,000 Profit and to date and I haven't had a loss using this method.

You start out by getting a picture of a roulette wheel. We are going to play dozens ON THE WHEEL - a 12-group sector.

Watch 25 spins on the wheel and the expected value (yes I like my maths  ;) is Number of trials x Probability of success.

So [25 X (12/37)] gives us 8.108.

This means we should expect 8 hits on a dozen IF roulette was perfect.

But as it is not so we must take fluctuation and deviations from the expected value into account.

This is where standard deviation (I love that word :D ) comes into play.

Standard Deviation is calculated by multiplying the probability of success by the probability of failure by the number of trials and then square rooting the whole thing.

So [(12/37) X (25/37) X 25] ^0.5 (remember that bringing a number to the power of a half is the SAME as square rooting it)

This gives us a standard deviation of 2.341.

Now standard deviation works like this - ~68% of statistics fall between the expected value minus one standard deviation and the expected value plus one standard deviation.

Now ~95% of outcomes fall between the expected value and Plus/minus 2 standard deviations.

And ~99.7% of outcome fall between the expected value and plus/minus 3 standard deviations – we will use this one.

So our expected value is 8.108 and 8.108 minus 3 times 2.341 is 8.108 - 7.023 = 1.085.

This means that if a dozen (12 number sector) of the wheel has equal to or less than 1 hit is it far bellow what is expected.

So this means it will be hitting more than expected in the near future (future being the next 25 to 50 spins).

And this "hitting more then expected" HAS to happen because all random probability distribution (hence roulette) follows a bell curve graph that peaks in the middle where our expected value is.

So we Chart he numbers the wheel spins up on a picture of the roulette wheel. So tally up all the hit next to the corresponding number. Then we "MAKE" a dozen.

This is where we try to find a sector with 1 hit if possible. MOST of the time it looks good until the last 3 spins where the number that comes up adds 1 more hit to my potential dozen - use this as a "signal" to show that sector is waking up.

Now write the numbers on a piece of paper from your chosen sector in ASCENDING ORDER - getting larger.

This is so that betting is far easier. Now play that 12 number sector (the sector with around 1 - 2 hits after 25 spins) for the next 25 spins with FLAT BETS.

If you reach the the 25 spins and still you have made no profit you then play for another 15 - 25 spins on top of the original 25. You must be careful here and that is why i've offered a range to play within - that is because if you play into the 2nd lot of 25 spins the profit will peak at around your 35 - 50th spin - and its up to you when to quit - this is because our dozen has been hitting more than expected and soon will be hitting less; so you call the shots here.

Now this is how I've played and made 10K on Dublin bet using real roulette wheel numbers that were spun while I was playing. And I have NEVER LOST.

The worst case is where after the 50 spins I played for (went into the second lot of 25) and I came out with only $100 profit. But still I didn't lose. On better occasions it was anywhere between 500 - 1.8k profit made using a TEN DOLLAR FLAT BET ON TWELVE NUMBERS.

So this system has proven itself to me as a winner.

Depending on your playing style you may not like having to place 12 bets on specific number each time the wheel is spun but you can go to an online (Live) casino and have repeat bets on...your choice.

Dublinbet.com is good for this.

Also many other systems say to "stop while ahead" but I've had a real eye opener yesterday on the net while looking up stuff on roulette.

One guy said, "...stopping while ahead in roulette is like traveling on a hilly road to the ultimate destination - you can choose to rest on the hills or valleys but you are still going to the same place..."

And the more I think of it he was correct - 100% if you need to "stop while ahead" then you should question your strategy, after all you may be traveling the road to empty your bank into the casino pocket :D

So I put this to the test - I tried my system non-stop for 3 - 4 days on Dublin bet. Good thing I'm on school holidays.

I played around 3 games per day for 4 days. Didn't lose at all. Made 10K, Had 1 hard match and only made 100 bucks profit.

So I think my system does not require the stop while ahead trick - the longer you play the more money you make. I found this out on the 5 day and though stuff it I've made Lota money, the system works, so I blew it all on other random games to just see how pathetic they are - LOL at slots; Texas hold em was fun but not a guaranteed

win.

Any way that's enough from me.

Please ask questions, as I want you to fully understand it and have success like I did.

Later on I will provide an example – show you numbers, which sector I was betting on and profit made / lost per spins, etc... But, later as I have to go now.

NOTE: Once we decide to play on a particular dozen we wait in virtual play until it hits, then we start betting on it as according.

Here it goes...

This is a game of Dublin Bet, which I played today.

After charting my sector chosen is the numbers between and including 22, 18, 29, 7, 28, 12, 35, 3, 26, 0, 32 and 15
Watching now on: 0, 3, 7, 12, 15, 18, 22, 26, 28, 29, 32, and 35(In ascending order).

We hit our sector on that last number so now we bet.

Starting Balance #6,803.05 – Now I start betting on my Sector @ $10 Per Number - $120 per Spin – Gain $240 on a win and lose $120 on a loss.

48 | 36 | 0
49 | 11 | -120
50 | 2 | -240

Now as mentioned in my first post.

There are to ways the game will go - you'll make your profit and stop on the 25th spins or you will make our profit towards the 50th spin.

And as mentioned before you have to call the shots as to when to stop. In this case when i was betting i stopped at spin number 39 and thought that it wont get much better by the 50th spins - which it didn't, however to prove why i said to be careful and to show why you must stop between your 35 - 45 th spin i kept playing...

...and i became quite clear why. If i had betting all the way to my 50th spin i would have been down 240 dollars.

At the end it landed me #360 profit bringing my total bank to #7,163.05.

To be honest I'd rank this game at around my 3rd worst out of 12 -15 tries using this system. Despite making profit, it was a hard game and it wouldn't rise of 480. In some games (this make 3 like this now) i've noticed there is a point where your bank will REFUSE to get any bigger - so i take the winnings and be happy.

After all my test took 1 hour 15 mins at an almost empty table and to make 360/1.25 = ~$290 per hour your doing okay (even more so when you remember this was a bad game and normally you can make 1 -1.3K on average).

To date ive still yet to suffer a loss with this system and it holds my number 1 spot for the moment and after searching the internet for others i still have this one as 1st.

[size=18]SUMMARY[/size]

Here I'll summarize my system if you are to busy to read the "fascinating" math involved - however if you only read this and ask a question i do advise that you read the whole thing as it most likely is already answered and just missed in my condensed version.

1. Get a picture of a Roulette wheel and put a tick  near the number that is spun and keep charting like this for 25 Spins.

2. Once done look on the wheel for a 12 number SECTOR that has 1 or less (none) hits - if not look for 2 hits then 3, but i do advise that if  you find 3 hits at least, you should re chart of go to a different table - or better to chart 2 at once and pick the best.

3. Once the 12 number group is recognized, write the numbers in the sector in ascending order - this helps in placing bets (ALOT!!!)

4. If you had 1 hit on your dozen from charting, wait in "virtual" play until it gets hit then continue. If you had 2 hits in charting you may choose to skip this virtual (more risky though) and if you had 3 hits you CAN skip this virtual play and move on.

5. Now flat bet on those numbers for 25 spins (1 bet could be the table limit if bank permits).

6. If you don't make any profit on the first 25 spins play for another 25 BUT get ready to stop when you notice your bank will refuse to raise or you notice it has peaked and is going down (usually on the 25 - 45 spin).

7. Go home with about 1000 profit per "game" on average with a 10 bet on each number!!!

A final note is that 50 spins after charting, the wheel is "invalid" and now must be recharted - however i stick to 1 game a day and i'm happy.

Lastly, Even on this S#%T game ive had here - if i played at 50 dollars per number i would have made 1800 profit and if i was getting results that i normally expect (ie. 8 to 10 times the amount betted as profit) and @ 50 per bet i could make 6k in an hour and a bit!!!

Good Luck!!!

Questions are welcome.

Oh! I have a question -and a tip.

Question:

Why didn't you use any of the new smilies? [smiley=1/ohnoes.gif]
nolinks://vlsroulette.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1196493085 <- New smilies here.

hehe, no seriously, I give you a big kudos on this one. Just like Lucky Strike says, after 3 Standard Deviations things do not look that random.

Furthermore, this is a form of SITUATIONAL PLAY, and it uses a TIMELINE of 25 to 50 spins. I love it [smiley=3/appl.gif]

The 1-spin gurus would curse this approach now. But nah, just keep on mate [smiley=3/dweeba5.gif]

Tip:

You guys can track this one easily using Roulette Xtreme by configuring it to view last 25 spins till you get proper betting signal.

First Options/Configure:

Then you need to check the "Calculate graphical statics using XYZ spins", and edit it to 25:

The one spin gurus  :o  who think each and every roulette spins is an independent event are completely correct - and its it this exact fact that makes our outcome flow a bell curve graph which suggest multiple spins (at the right time) are effective systems.

Interesting,  If you look how often look  the numbers would fall on a roulette tabel then with this system you should be able to make much profit, but to see if I understand you clear, you have to bet on 12 independent number of a section of 12 nummber just like a normal dozen?  [smiley=undecided.gif]

Yes you have to bet on 12 independent numbers.

Ill throw in one more example later today

Agvantage.Player, could you be so kind at next example to place first the 25 scanned numbers from which one you chose the 12 apostles?  [smiley=engel017.gif] Just for imagination. Your system reminds me much on John's Solitude Raindrop system.  It is a bright idea.

Hey AP - I like this approach but in my testing so far I haven't seen a sector of 12 numbers get hit less than 5 times.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong.  I'll wait for your next example.

Are you scanning the entire wheel for a 1-hit 12-number sector? That would make 37 12-number sectors on a Single-Zero wheel and 38 12-number sectors on a Double-Zero wheel. I think in that theory there are more than enough opportunities to win!

Thanks for this system!

Yup were looking at the whole wheel - this gives us as you said 37 to 38 (according to wheel) possibilities for a sector to play.

@pauljwpa

The 12 number sector is a area of the wheel (12 numbers in size) that is derived from charting the last 25 spins and then looking at the wheel and seeing which group of 12 numbers has the least amount of hits (from 0 to 3 hits to be able to play the system - if you have 0 hits in that sector pretend to play on them and once they hit start betting as according. If you have 2 hits on the sector you can skip this "Waiting for a hit" but it may be more risky and if you have 3 hits on the sector you can start betting after 25 spins of charting).

I had all my papers ready to type up after playing on Dublin bet but i lost them  >:( :'( - ill have to re try my system so the example may be delayed a short while.

Heres the example...

25 Numbers i charted:

14, 14, 15, 34, 15, 3, 31, 34, 6, 11, 27, 5, 26, 8, 30, 14, 25, 8, 28, 25, 3, 19, 8, 26, 17, 22, 9, 2, 33

After charting these on a picture of the wheel it soon became obvious that the outcomes for today were pretty random but i continued playing on the Least hit sector of 12 which was between and including 36, 11, 30, 8, 23, 10, 5, 24, 16, 33, 1, 20.

Despite having 5 hits its still is under my expected value of 8 however it is risky playing like this. Since the large number of hit i didn't wait for any more hits in virtual play - just went to betting. Any way i kept on going.

This turned out to be one of best game yet using this system and i made 2.1K profit with a $10 flat bet per number :D

Why does it have to be a sector of twelve numbers that sit together on the wheel? Why can't it be the twelve numbers that were hit once or less that sit anywhere on the wheel?

Thanks for your quick response.

What numbers do you bet on in situations where you have more than twelve numbers in a sector with one or less hits?

Also, I believe your logic is that within fifty spins the landings should even out based on statistics. Yet fifty spins is only a drop in the ocrean when talking about something that has an infinite number of spins. Shouldn't you be tracking a greater number of spins than twenty-five to do this properly?

Please let me know what you think, cheers.
Title: Re: [System] Wheel Sector Play
Post by: Advantage.Player on December 05, 2007, 12:21:05 AM
If you find a sector greater than 12 with still 1 hit or less you could chose to play the whole sector by i still play 12 numbers, besides, you cover more so you expect more hits but you win less; apposed to covering less, hitting less and winning more - its the same.

And yes 25 spins is nothing but heres the "beauty" of this strategy.

As you scale up the spins so does the number of expected hits which ultimately scales up the standard deviation.

Example:

Betting on a 12 number sector - chance of win is "p" = 12/37; chance of loss is "q" = 25/37 and number of spin/trials is "n" = 1000 (just for this example).

Now expected value (Ex) is n X p [E(x) = np]

So 1000 X 12/37 is 324.324 and this is how many hits we expect after 1000 spins on a 12 number sector.

Now lets take standard deviation into account.

Standard Deviation is (SD) which is Sqrt of n X p X q [SD(x) = (npq)^0.5]

So...

(1000 X 12/37 X 25/37) ^ 0.5 is 14.803

Now Ex minus 3 SD's is 324.324 - 3(14.803) which gives us ~280 hits

So in this case after tracking 1000 spins you have to find a sector with 280 or less hits.

This is identical to using 25 spins its just that here its all scaled up - you watch more spins, expect more hits.

Hope that clears it up  ;)

So if you have fourteen or fifteen numbers in a sector that have had one or less hits, which twelve numbers do you bet on? The middle twelve of the group?

Oh, and it could take several hours until twenty-five spins with a twelve number sector with one or less hits shows up. Just so people know not to expect to be able to place bets (or a virtual one) after their first twenty-five spins of tracking. Might take longer than first anticipated.
Title: Re: [System] Wheel Sector Play

I always choose the middle lot of 12 and we don't wait for a sector to hit once or less for 25 spins... we chart the numbers for 25 spins then we find a sector with the minimum amount of hits (in our case 0 to 3 or even 4 if you want to risk it). Yesterday i found 5 as the least amount of hits but it was a risk and i played and cameout with a good profit still.

Also there was a similar system i read about recently that stated you watch the wheel and the outcomes for a number of spins and when a groups of 12 (or 24? not sure) doesn't hit for something like 9 spins you bet on it (with a progression).

Have a look at this. I have used numbers I received from Lanky once in the past. If I am correct thwere is a fifteen-number sector with five landings. Not ideal I know. Now seeing as you can't find twelve numbers in the middle I chose to bet on thirteen.

The sector is numbers 31,9,22,18,29,7,28,12,35,3,26,0,32

Numbers betting on are 0,3,7,9,12,18,22,26,28,29,31,32,35

As you can see, spin number 34 was the best time to stop. yet this does not fall within your guidelines. How would you have played this?

Oh, and isn't it safer to just track until you have a twelve number sector with one or less hits?

From what i can see from that table is that you played from spins 24 to 50 making that 26 spins of playing.

My system works on the fist 25 spins are charting; the NEXT 50 (so from spins 26 to 76) spins are playing. That looked like a game where your profit was going to peak at around your 35 - 50th spins AFTER the charting (as it turn out with most games). So if you can continue playing (if you still have the numbers please do so and report back).

You can chart until you have a 1 hit or less sector but then you would have to chart for 25 and if no decent sectors are there to be played you would have to add one more mark to the number that was hit on your picture of the wheel then remove the very first mark you added and so on for every other out come. This is possible but i prefer to chart for 25 and use the best sector (least hit sector) on the wheel. And then to "guide" me through this is use the rule that for 12 numbers i need around zero to a max of 4 hits to be eligible to play.

I'm in the midst of a game now @ Dublin bet - it was a bit spontaneous.

I saw that this sector was deprived of hits so i bet on it - a few spins into it now and im making money.

Ill report back when im done.

Ill try to ride this sector right out and see just how far i can go and still make money.

Amazingly (sarcasm) the game was poor with only a couple hundred profit - goes to show charting help i guess

Hi AP,
Do you use virtual bet until hit and then start betting or start bet directly on spin 26?

Remember folks, there are 37 12-number sectors on each Single Zero wheel - 38 on a Double Zero wheel. With the right tracking chart, you can see which sectors have hit only once or less within a given 25-spin sequence. At this time, you could either flat bet, or use a progression for a nice hit-and-run approach. That seems to work very well too.

Hey cps,

I understand where your coming from, but it  can still take awhile (sometimes a long while) for this method to qualify, although when it does, it's been working very nicely for me.   [smiley=beer.gif]

@pauljwpa

Two questions on Advantage.player:
How much bankroll did you need when you were in the deepest sheet?
After charting 25 spins and started to bet for real how many spins in row was the maximum you were loosing without hit?
Thanks, Hermes

I charted for over an hour and not any 12 numbers on wheel had 0,1 or 2 hits. So the chances to bet can be few.

@ Hermes

I started on Dublin Bet with 1000 and were placing 10 bets per number (120 bucks a spin) so i guess you need 100x of your bet per number as your bank.

So @ $1 per number you need a $100 bank roll and $5 per number you need a $500 and roll and at $10 per number you need a $1000 bankroll.

You don't really go for more than 5 spins with out a hit - its just that you may win less than enough to make profit say winning you win less than once every 2 spins; however this is rare as we have waited for 0 - 3 hits on a sector.

Further more the statistical chance of losing 10 times in a row after the 25 spins of qualifying (and assuming 3 hits on the sector on qualifying and none for the other 10 = 35 spins all up) is a mere 0.12648% so i think if have use a one hundredth (as explained above) of your bank roll to bet per number you should be okay.

@ Bobco

You chart for 25 spins then do the following...

A) if you have 0 hits in the sector wait until the sector is hit then bet accordingly.

B) if you have 1 hits you may chose to skip this waiting but at more risky (i normally still wait for another hit)

OR

C) if you have 3 hits skip waiting and start betting.

Also you may choose after charting to just take the least hit sector  - while this will work you end up having to quit earlier if the least hit sector has like 4 or 5 hits - in this case skip waiting for another hit too.

Firstly let me apologise up front because this is going to be a long post. I have used a series of actual spins and have used your system six times using twenty-fie number blocks for tracking. meaning that the second lot of numbers tracked is actually the first half of the numbers I bet on the first session. Hope that makes sense. Note that the oder is from the bottom and upwards. The columns didn't paste inline properly but I'm sure you'll be able to follow. So here goes...

ONly two hits in this sector. This did very well and I was beter off not waiting for a hit before betting. Obviously this is the best way to go I'm thinking, yet it may take a while to rack and wait for a twenty-five number session with a twelve number sector with two or less hits.

I hope this was helpful to people out there and I look foward to reading AP's responses.

Thanks for putting up with all of this.

Last game was great but some of the others confused me a bit - i've never had results like that before  :-?

Ill go over and check the sectors you've chose to play for each game and see if its the one i would have chose but then again it could be that this system has failed since NOTHING is infallible in roulette (unfortunately).

AP

It may need to be revised to only be used where a player tracks until there is a sector with two or less hits. That's assuming what I have done above is correct.

Seems to me that on the games where you lost the "best sector" i could find had at least 3 hits. Its best to play on a sector with no hits to a max of 3 hits with; 3 hits being a risk if your going to play it like that.

However; ATM I'm testing a new system based on a similar theory which looks like it works great - ive had better experience's then with wheel sector play. Ill let you know how it works out in the near future.

EDIT: So yes revising it to 0 - 2 hits is better but if you choose to play with 3 hits u must acknowledge the added risk seeing as 3 hits after 25 spins is something like a 1.4% of getting less hits (ie losing) - which in roulette terms is a huge amount (think of the 2.6% house edge - seems small ye no one has beat it).

turns out the system i was testing lost but if i change some rules so that i stop at either -50 units for +150 units that way i only have to win a third of the time to be square (even) and slightly more for profit.

What about to use a flat progression on the first system and put win limit e.g. $400, -. After charting 25 spins I would bet after first hit, not second or third. Too late.
How long it takes after 25 spins of charting to get the first hit?
Thanks, Hermes

Jeez that would have to be the first time it "Failed" - so far i have personally never lost from trying/playing my system so i guess theres a first time for everything.

For my curiosities sake the chance of your outcomes were ~1.29% so that equates to 1 in 77.5 (2 in 155)

All up ive done around 18 - 20 tests of my system. So lets make it 19. And assuming the outcome you got was as bad as it can get (i haven't seen any worse  :o ) that means i should lose 1 game out of 77.5 so that equals 2 in 155.

Now after playing 19 games (19 times i tested my system) the chance of losing during those 19 was 24.51% (assuming chance of losing was on each game was  1.29%)

So really despite how many tests i've done it wasn't enough to truly "test" this strategy (around 100 to be sure) - oh well, it never was claimed to be infallible. Good thing it was picked up here and not at the roulette table.

Further more, in all statistics anything more than 4 standard deviations out of place is pretty much omitted BUT as John Solitude said, you have to be able to qualify for FIVE standard deviations, which from all my teachings is to many however for roulette nothing is too much  :)

So taking 5 SD into account if you watch a group of twelve for 100 spins and there are LESS than ~16 hits you should bet on that sector BUT to get 16 hits is HALF of the expected value and the mathematical probability of finding a sector with such deficiency of hits is a mere 3.7% - this then translates into a 3.7% chance of actually playing this kinda of a system!

For what ever its worth the same maths can be applied to the before mentioned system giving you a chance of 0.427% chance of actually playing however the wheel suffers from trends so practically there is a far greater chance then 0.427% of playing (the system as described in post 1).

In conclusion, you CANT beat roulette.

Its a negative expectations game but you don't have to beat it to make a profit!

BUT the thing is that if you DONT beat it (house adv.) you cant play for too long because once you enter the illusive "long run" the house edge catches up to you and your initial winnings which are most likely the outcome of luck or trends are taken back to the casino.

However, ill still try my best to profit from roulette - or blackjack, but in blackjacks case if you win theres only one reason, card counting and the casinos know this so it wont be long before you get refused.

So roulette all the way it is - at least this thread crosses off one system of my "potential" system list. Making my testing life easier.

Thank you all for contributing.

PS don't discard this system - if i were to have kept playing with all the profit i made using this method (10K) id still have a CLEAR profit - just because it failed once or twice doesn't mean is a "bad" system (i've still made money out of it), after all if you had a system which NEVER failed it would be infallible and thats impossible. So yeah, its a working system - one for the long run.

Cheers, Advantage Player.

If it wins much more than lose then it's no problem. You don't want the losses came in row however.
I will try it today and see if I get a chance to bet but I stick to 0,1 or maximum 2 hits. I also wait for a virtual bet to hit first.

With those guidelines your pretty much good to go.

Recently Ive been playing with John Solitudes methods which are really similar to my strategy and it seems to work - probably because he sets conservative limits for when to stop at.

I managed to test this today for real and it worked  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

It went down a bit first and I was just little above when I reached the 25th spin. Some spin more and I was on plus +48 units. I play with small units and could have gone up a bit more but I prefered to stop for this time.
This is a system you can't play more than a few times a day because you must wait for the chance to come. I waited for over an hour this time too.
This is logical because if a certain area don't hit so much for a few time it has to hit more later. Now, the wheel isn't perfect so a loss will sometime come. Hopefully I'm well ahead at that time. So I will give this more try.

Good the hear bobco;

Over the course of this testing i've noticed after the 25 qualifying spins your profit will go negative then up towards the end - perhaps you can "pretend" to play on the chosen sector and then once you notice it wins more than looses you could bet money?

Shame you had to wait for an hour - on Dublin bet i only waited for i think 30 mins max - but that was at a nearly empty table.

Good luck on future tests  ;)

AP, who told you that roulette is not beatable? Comments to the BJ, you cannot count cards in BJ with 8 decks and electronic shuffling machines - mission impossible.
Yes, your system is a younger brother of Raindrop and can be perfected. I am working on an idea. How long you have to chart for 4 standards?

@ hermes

Well for Four SD's say you chart for 50 Spins.

Ex(x) = np [Expected Value]

SD(x) = (npq)^0.5 [Standard deviation]

n=trial
p=probability of success
q=probability of failure

So assuming you want a 12 number sector

Expected value is 12/37 * 50 = ~16 hits (16.216)

Standard deviation is (12/37 * 25/37 * 50)^0.5 = 3.31

So 16.216 - 4(3.31) gives us 2.976

So chart for 50 and if less then or equal to 3 hits you are ready.

Hope thats what you wanted.

But the chance of getting these results are 0.003217% - making finding a sector which such a deficiency harder.

Yes, I agree that's tough!
I turned the whole idea upside down. Chart 18 spins for the most coming numbers and chose 12. Bet the 12 for next 18 spins with flat progression (John Solitude's Raindrop?). If 18 spins cannot give you enough numbers to chose 12 chart until 24 spins, but that's maximum. We want to exploit the 3/3 law. That's Gauss Bell. Try that. We will go for the winners, not for the sleepers. In winter they are exhosted and sleep longer.

Tried this today as well with real money but not that succesful like yesterday. It went down at first. Was on plus after a while but back after 25 spins. Never recovered and I finished the 50 spins back about - 28 units. Not a big deal but I think I will be more careful playing this.
Good idea anyway.
Title: Re: [System] Wheel Sector Play
Post by: Advantage.Player on December 08, 2007, 09:14:51 PM
The problem with this method is that you have to stop while ahead (gods knows when though  :-? ) because to make profit your sector MUST hit MORE that expected - meaning theres another part of the wheel which is being hit less - and you got it; that less hit sector is going to start getting hit more (but we don't know when until its too late - ie. when we start to lose) - this HAS to happen so that roulettes numbers and their hits are distributed by a bell curve graph; which is a mathematical fact.

That is why, although John Solitudes method seems to be better; all though it relies on the same maths - he plays with a progression for one hit and only one hit, while in my method I'm trying to literally "milk" the sector of wins  :D

So this method is design to work on roulettes far from perfect outcomes - hits in sectors are not distributed evenly and then trying to take advantage of it. however in an "ideal" example of how "bad" roulette is you would expect the wheel to miss one sector  (hit less than expected) for a while then soon it will miss another sector and hit the previous sector (hit more than expected).

But even still it turns out that some times its not this "perfect" as one sector may hit less then expected, next hit AS expected, thirdly hit less then expected and then FINALLY hit more than expected (meaning this is the only time we've made profit) - but it could go on hitting as or less than expected for 100's of spins before finally hitting more that expected and ultimately making profit.

In conclusion, the maths behind it is the only way to "beat" (get some advantage in) roulette but to be SURE of winning much more than losing you should stick to John Solitudes "one shot" method - qualify for a number of spins then bet until a win then repeat.

I like how this is done...however, I would probably play a progression take a win and then backtrack to find out the next set of numbers to play.

Put stoploss, not stopwin and bet for 3 wins with 12# Raindrop progresion. I tested a couple of 100 spins and won all. If you chose an empty sector of 12 don't include the numbers which hit during charting. I got better results. I do the same at Raindrop, it works.

hermes, an idea I half tested because my current way of play takes me 100% time is the following:

1)get a numbers layout written on a piece of paper
2)chart or get the last numbers spun
3)delete each number spun until there are only 12 left
4)when you have 12 non-hit-numbers you wait for the first hit
5)you start playing on then up to the 1st hit until any profit, you stop then
6)to chart again you take the last spins, you delete numers from the end of the chart until you have 12 non hit numbers again and repeat the same procedure again.

The way I tested it was flatbetting and taking 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 and 6 numbers to chase, same procedure.
You only leave the set of numbers if you get any profit(+1), if not you keep on playing them.
You add the next set of numbers(11) if you hit any of the 12 played and you are not in profit.
So you play on the 12 plus the new 11, eleven numbers with 2 chips and 1 with 1 chip.
The same with 10 numbers and so on, you only leave th set of numbers that gave you profit, you need a separate balance.

I´ve done this 10 times and each session gave me an average of 130 units each.
This keep this system as a back up to go in case of not knowing what to do.

I wait for your comments.

Toby,
Your idea is not completely clear to me. How many numbers do you chart for elimination of repeaters? When you don't hit you bet 23 numbers? (12+11). There is a similar system as you describe called roulettepro.pdf inside the 302 systems (JLP knows the Web Site).
The best way would be if you could write down some example from your play. I am a visual person I have to see some piece of game first, then I analyze.
Thanks, Hermes

example:
22/30/22/1/2/5/36/33/32/12/24/22/17/13/16/1/4/33/19/30/6/27/36/34/3/0/25/0/14/13/35/19/20/0/8

now we have 12 unhit numbers after 35 spins, they are
7/9/10/11/15/18/21/23/26/28/29/31

the scart continues

12/32/0/17/15  we see #15, it is time to stake

play on the 12 numbers until any profit, flatbetting. You keep your balance separetely.

Take note that when you start betting you have 11 unhit numbers too.
all of them but #15.

You keep waiting for a hit on the eleven numbers and bet on the 12 numbers.

14/18 you hit on the 12 numbers with 12 units profit
you bet on the 11 numbers that remain, all of them but #15

0/3/33/15/22/10  you hit on the 11 number player but you have -24 so you keep on playing them, but you start the 10 number player with all of the but #18(#15 is history) so you have 2 chips on each of the numbers and 1 chip on #18.

and so on the same with 9, 8, 7  and 6

you might be playing 3 4 or 5 units on a numbers because you use the 9, 8 7 and 6 numbers player.

when you finish all the session you get 130 units

Hi toby, sorry for the late answer but I am very busy now. I looked the strategy you described here. The difference in betting to the raindrop is that at raindrop we chose 12 numbers not coming after 12 spins, where is a big possibility that some of them come soon. At your strategy you wait until last 12 numbers didn't come (asleep) what create danger of long winter sleep. One number sometimes don't come for 300 spins, therefore the last 6 numbers you chase can sleep for 60 - 80 spins. The problem I see is in that you chose the last big losers which can sleep for long time. In the previous post you said about flat bets and in the next about progression at lower numbers if you don't get positive result. Interesting is that you got 10 times always 130 units end result? Is it coincidence? I would probably chose to play only the numbers from 12 down to 9 numbers maximum and after positive result start at 12 again but you have a different experience. I didn't tested it. Keep us posted with your results it is interesting thinking, anyway.
Thanks Hermes

hi hermes, I delete every number until remains only 12, it takes about 35 spins.
Now we wait even more to a hit on this 12 numbers, it could take 10 more spins, it hits and I start betting on the 12 numbers, let´s say flatbetting(for the moment).
Now we have 11 unhit numbers and although we are playing on the 12 we keep on waiting for a hit on the 11 to start staking on then.
If we hit on the 12 and have any profit(+1) we leave the 12 and take the 11 or the 10 what it´s the next.
If we are not in profit we kep on the same 12 at the same time thet we start the 11 numbers.

So when you go to the 6 numbers to bet you tracked more then 60 numbers and you do not play on then until one of then comes.

We play on groups of sleepers that come at least once after their sleep, is not the same that to keep on a long sleep.

the results is about 20 units for each group of numbers, we play on 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 are 7 groupsx18=136 units per session.

That was what I tested, as I said I dropped it but for some time, I´ll search on it in the future because I´m having a goog project now.

best regards

Hello everybody.

Someone has some news about his method?
This last time I am trying to play with sectors, so I read again J. Solitude's book because I am looking for a sure way to win. What I do not understand, it is J.Solitude does not look confidant with his method because he plays very small amount of money. Anyway, I gonna give a shot to this one.
I will post later some results.

And thanks to Advantage.Player to share his knowledge.

Best regards
