Celtic Casino - another issue ?

Hello there,

As I told you in my last post on the previous topic about the issue I had earlier this week with Celtic Casino, I decided to resume my gaming there, my confidence in them being renewed with their reassuring communication.

Yesterday I played a 5h live dealer roulette session, with a bit of success (my balance was a bit bigger than at the beginning), and nothing wrong I could notice occured during it.

However, today, when I tried to log into my Celtic Casino account with my username and my password a few minutes ago, I had the bitter surprise to see another issue happens again after the one I experienced earlier in the week with the stolen money : this time my account seems locked, because I get the message "your username and/or password is invalid".

I immediately sent an e-mail to the support and to member CelticCasino to have explanations about that new incident.

I expect that new situation to be resolved positively again very quickly, because it's not normal at all.

I keep you up to date with it.

My e-mail to the support was sent at 12:33 pm GMT+2, and less than 10 minutes after, at 12:42 pm GMT+2, I got a reply from them, telling me they are looking in the issue.

It's a fast reaction, that's something I appreciate.

I hope the results will be positive too.

You got an automated response. If they resolve it, try and withdraw your money and see what happens.

Well, I try to be optimistic, I want to believe I can have confidence in them and in the fact that the problems I've experienced this week aren't created intentionnaly : why would they act this way with me ? what would be the aim in such an action ?

No, I want to believe all this will be resolved quickly and in a positive way.

I've just made another attempt to log in into my account and this time it's working !

The money is still there, I'm relieved but I'm waiting for their explanation too, which I will report and comment here.

The reason given is the "IT department perfomed a unscheduled upgrade to the servers and some
users were not able to login during this period".

It's something it can happen, it's just bad luck that I was affected by that kind of maintenance.

because he said he got all the issues there resolved, and very quickly. Even was compensated with some money i think.

I haven't played at Celtic Casino for 2 weeks now, but since the 2 problems mentioned in the previous posts had been resolved, I didn't have any other issue there. ViG and Celtic Casino's communication reassured me, that's why I went on playing there.

Fortunetly, I don't have to respond to these posts often. In the situation of player Khuzev, Celtic Casino's staff has always responded and helped HIM with HIS issues. We value him as a player and unfortunetly, this thread comes off as a negative derogitory thread against Celtic Casino, when the issue was identity theft on the players side.

We helped with our deal Khuzev the entire time and gave him his money back. I would hope that would be considered a positive attribute.

Wow!  So, according to that line of logic, does Celtic Casino treat any potential customers as pieces of meat or expect people not to be skeptical?  That sounds like an awfully defensive tone.   I hope they realize you get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.   They should welcome people's skepticism.    Are they expecting people to be pushovers?  I sure hope not.   ***Note- I'm asking tough (but fair) questions here. ***

i don't get it. everything seems to be solved just fine with Khuzev, why people keep asking further questions and insist on something
