How to Use PayPal to Deposit to Casinos - Can't Withdraw This Way Though

Alright, I don't know if this is going to work for those of you located outside of the US, however you should give it a shot and let us know if it works there too.

I know this works in the US as I just did it a minute ago (and PayPal won't touch casinos here in the US with a ten-foot pole either...but I found a "work-around")

First thing you need to do is get the "PayPal Plug-In"  The steps to do that are below and are directly from PayPals Site:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Products & Services tab.
3. Click the PayPal Plug-In link under More products and services.
4. Click the Download Now button.
5. Follow the onscreen directions.

Once you have the PayPal plug-in installed, restart your browser window and you should see this at the top of your browser  (see the blue "P"):

Now, all you have to do is go to the deposit window of the casino you'd like to deposit your funds to, click on the deposit method "MasterCard".

When that window loads, go ahead and click on the PayPal Plug In at the top of your browser and you'll see an option called "Generate Secure Card".

Click that, provide your log in information, and push log in.

PayPal will now generate a "digital MasterCard" and will AutoFill all the necessary details on the deposit window screen for you (name, card number, csv number, exp. date, etc.)  If you see any missing just go ahead and fill them in yourself.

This feature is intended for those who want to purchase things on the internet with the credit card numbers they have linked to their PayPal accounts, but are worried about Idenity Theft.  See, when you provide you Credit Card number on the internet, most of the time that number is stored somewhere on their server for a period of time.

With this feature PayPal has provided, you can generate the secure card with the option "one time use only" selected, and after it is used that one time, even if somebody stole the number, it would be a useless card number.  Think of it as a "throw away card" more or less.

But the point is, MasterCard WILL fund transactions to casinos, PayPal won't.  But when you generate the MasterCard number, it is considered a MasterCard transaction, with PayPal funding MasterCard.

Let me know if you guys have any questions.  And somebody give it a shot over there in the UK.  Let us know if it works there too.

Just wanted to let everybody know this does in fact work outside the US.  As I said the "preview" area, for how long it will continue to work...that can't be said.

Suppose you won.  How would you withdraw.  Ladbrooke's did take PayPal last time I looked, but to withdraw don't you have to furnish all sorts of ID?

I lost considerable money (won money + my deposit) when I tried to withdraw for an on-line casino.

Well, if you're playing at a casino that accepts US players (vegas technology mainly) when they ask for the ID it shouldn't be much a problem furnishing them with the ID.

But, this tip was mainly directed at Gambling Mules because we all know PayPal is the preferred way to send people overseas money.  So, let's say somebody in the US sent somebody overseas money to deposit into a casino.  The normal process for the person who received the money (especially if it is a sizeable amount) is to get the money out of there PayPal account, somehow get it into whatever/wherever the account they use to deposit money into the casino is, and then make the deposit.

That can sometimes take awhile.

Now, if somebody were to send somebody overseas money to deposit into a casino, the transaction can take place immediately, as you sent it to them via PayPal and they can deposit via PayPal, something they weren't able to do before.

Just as an update on this topic for you guys:

Let's say the casino you'd like to make a deposit to ONLY accepts e-Wallets (moneybookers, Click2Pay, etc.) and not Credit/Debit cards - I.E. BetVoyager.  You might be left thinking that the method described above won't work (as it generates a credit card and a place like BetVoyager doesn't take credit cards).  Well, the good news is it will still work.  Here is how you do it:

You use the PayPal plug-in to generate a credit card number.  Once you have that number and the CSV and the Expiration Date, you login to your e-wallet of choice.

You then add the Credit Card just generated by PayPal to the list of credit cards on file with your e-wallet (for example, lets say you've added the Credit Card to MoneyBookers).  Then, when you go to make the deposit to BetVoyager, you use Moneybookers to make the deposit and have Moneybookers pull the funds from the newly added "credit card".

As far as BetVoyager is concerned, you're funding the account with MoneyBookers.  As far as MoneyBookers is concerned, it is funding the transaction with a credit card (NOT PayPal)...and there you go, you're all set!

Good one RJ

Thanks Victor, I know there are quite a few people out there that would like to be able to make deposits with PayPal, so I figured why not share  :)

Rjeaton,
that method would not work with moneybooker.    It wil not accepted this virtual generated mastercard.    I tried this with entropay and their virtual visa and mc.    They are accepted by Pay Pal but not Moneybooker.

Good one RJ

Just wanted to say thanks for that info re PayPal and it is certainly something I will be checking out further.

I live in the UK and quite often switch between Debit Cards and PayPal to fund my  Ladbrokes account which is one of the few casinos to use Paypal as a funding method.  When it comes to withdrawals from Ladbrokes back to PayPal the money is in my account 8 hours later and is the fastest method that I am aware of.

And an even bigger thanks to Rjeaton for his RX scripts which I am using as tutorials to teach myself the coding language !

Question: at what point are the results using RX simulations statistically significant and how do you calculate this ?

Thanks again,
