a personal experience

hi all,

first of all, i would like to say that i appreciate the overall friendly atmosphere of this forum.   i am new to forums and would like to thank the creators/monitors for that.   i am not new to roulette, but still consider myself to have much to learn.   i feel that sharing experiences is one of the best way to do that.

that said, i would like to share one of my experiences.   awhile back, i was watching a couple roulette tables in a casino.   it wasn't too crowded and a couple came in who were well dressed.  the woman sat down while the man, who was rather big, say 6' 2" and in a suit stood right behind her wathching over her but facing the other table.  after little while he went to the other table and put a stack of black chips, $100 chips i presume, on the last column.  like i said, he was on the big side so his hands were also large, and the stack of chips he held went from his finger tips almost to his palm, so conservatively it had to be at least 15 to 20 chips.  i was so stunned by this bet i forgot to check the table limit for outside bets.   anyway, the dealer spun the wheel, he won, and the dealer calmly paid him off.   because of the way he was dressed and looked i thought he was working for the casino and just "testing" the dealer! but he calmly collected the chips, winked at his woman friend, slipped the chips into his coat pocket and walked back and stood behind the woman again.   i know for sure i saw him wink at his woman friend but he may have done this even before the wheel was even spun! i forget the sequence of events, but it happened so quickly, smoothly, and quietly! for that size bet it happened too uneventful in my opinion.   anyway i knew i just witnessed something unusual to say the least.   from that point on i had a goal.   to sharpen my ability to be able to "play" roulette at that level

maybe this person is even here in this forum!  if so, thumbs up, you are my idol.   i'm sure there are people out there who are beating roulette with abilities like this.  they have to be in an elite class.   but it tells me that it can be, and is being done.
