You always miss my humor.  I meant "Withdraw?  What is that?  I've never done that!" 

It's like the guy at the horse races.  I asked him if he had ever lost a winning ticket before he got to the window.  He said no, he'd never had one to loose.

I've yet to withdraw from BV.
