I am having an increasing number of "bets returned" on dublinbet recently,

It is happening on both winning and losing bets but its causing me problems

Has anyone else noticed this??

I am going to stop playing there for the moment until this is fixed but I would like to know if other people are noticing it.

you r  right  last  5  days  it  is  horrible  i  dont  know  why but  i  find  that  when i  do  sesion i  never  pull  out my  eyes  other  side  becouse well  you  know  why i  dont  know  if  its  dirty  trick  or  what ever  but  i track  everything and  to  many  times  happened  that  landed   number  is  not  on  the  board ...quiet  disturb  for the  even  chances  its  mean  lossing  bet definitly  if you  miss right color ehhhh  shame  to  talk

I too have noticed this particularly on Table 1.It is a little off putting and I have gone to play at Smartlive for the time being.I was thinking of e-mailing DB with regards to this.
Dunno what the problem is as most of the spins seem ok to me that they return.

OK, so then it's not just me.

Had it happen twice in a session last night on a baccarat table.

Once on a winning bet and once on a losing bet.

Didn't appear to be anything incorrect, it just returned the bet with that error.

This still keeps happening so I e-mailed them and here is their response:

Dear Martin,

Thank you for your email, and interest.

We are, as I hope you are aware, a very reputable operator. We take our customers' satisfaction very seriously, and try to ensure that all our members have an optimal experience when playing on our live games.

Our Distance Gaming™ product operates in a live, realtime environment.
We DO NOT manually input results into the servers systems as some other studio-based online casinos do.

Our results are received electronically direct from sophisticated casino equipment provided by well known casino equipment manufacturers.
We do this for a number of reasons.
1. To ensure there is no human error or intervention in the results input into the system, thus ensuring accuracy and security.
2. Progress of the game is accurately tracked, giving timely 'Last Bets' and 'No More Bets' signals based on the current game-state.

Our results are true and genuine results from a real casino, being the Fitzwilliam Card Club and Casino in Dublin, Ireland.

We do rely on this electronic equipment for determining the results of each and every game.
Occasionally however, due to various reasons, there can be interruptions to service, or errors that occur.
In such cases, any game where a result is not detected or determined by the electronic equipment installed for that purpose, will not have a result recorded, and the game will be cancelled, or "SCRATCHED". This limitation is clearly noted in our TERMS & CONDITIONS
Even if the video continues, and the result is visible, the game will be deemed to have not occurred if the sensors cannot determine the result. No Manual override of this is permissible or possible.

We certainly appreciate that this can sometimes lead to frustration for a player if a bet was cancelled, especially if the apparent winning number had been covered by the customer's bets. However, in such cases, ALL bets are refunded and no loss is incurred by the customer at any time. Of course there are also a lot of bets on losing numbers that are also refunded. (We never hear from those customers!). As we are processing from a real live casino, we cannot simply have the dealer stop while numbers are manually input (nor is there facility for this).

We have had an increased incidence of these errors communicating with the wheel sensors in the past week or so, and we are working hard to address the issues causing this.
The wheels and sensors have been checked and calibrated by the manufacturer's technicians, with sub-millimetre accuracy. At no time have any incorrect results ever been processed. Other issues that also affect the connectivity to the system are also being investigated and addressed with telecommunications providers. I hope that you can appreciate the complexity of the systems involved, and the fact that we must and do rely on external service providers for communcations networks, and that these are not always directly under our control.

Unfortunately whenever an error occurs communicating with the wheel sensors and results cannot be determined, we must cancel the game.

We are making our best efforts to see that we reach a quick resolution of these intermittent problems, but we do assure you that no customer has lost money, and that all results processed are 100% accurate and genuine.

I do thank you for taking the time to write to us, and hope that we can assure you of our best intentions, and that we are working to resolve this intermittent problem as soon as we can.
