Out of last 20 up by 14 wins 252 chips it seems that the dealer likes the right of the wheel.
If and when dealer goes to the other side I'll change the bet to that side if there are 3 consecutive numbers on that side. The change must be a repeat on that side. A zero counts as the other side.

I think I understand what you are doing, correct me if I am wrong. Are you looking at 2 streams of data and hopping on the one that is most consistent?
Do you bet opposite of your bet if it is on a negative run to capture that particular streak?
Also, when do you stop, is there a set figure?

for this to work properly, you need to say what your going to bet BEFORE Victor posts the number.  Then we'll all see if you win or lose.  Anyone can get a list of numbers then fit a betting style to show profit.
