I was speaking to a good friend of mine today who is aquainted with Bell (Balvinder) and he was telling me that the price of the forthcoming book will be £100. So I went to his site and found out that the title will be called "breaking the roulette wheel" and it is indeed £100 and will be available from the highstakes bookstore.
According to my friend there is huge demand. A supposed 2000 enquires. That kind of answers the question why he would not go to Vegas and play his system. He can stay at home with them kind of sales 
My friend was telling me more about the man as I do not know him personally and our paths have never crossed.
He has been winning at roulette for the last 7 years and he did go out of his way to try and help other casino members by explaining his methods. It is not surprising to me that a lot of them did not really want to know. I still have my doubts as to if he did win £28,000 in the last three months. I find that a bit unbelievable, however that is just my personal opinion. My friend did say he would regularly win £200-£300 a day. This comes to about £18,000-£27,000.
So my friends figures add up to substantiate his claims.
I could imagine that there will be a lot of people trying out his new method in the actual grosvenor casino where he played (five ways, birmingham)
What is the casino going to do? Ban everyone. Especially when we can play at the touchscreen terminals. If I was the casino, I would be making sure the terminals started developing technical difficulties over the coming months 
Nothing like frustrating the progression players 
I am sitting here and still thinking this all sounds too good to be true because I know progressions don't work and it may still be a case that he was one lucky son of a gun. Time will tell I suppose but I am not holding my breath for any miracles.

p.s. If all this is true and we can all go replicate this on a daily basis, then I suppose places like this become redundant except for we can all come here evey day and boast about our winnings. Mind you some have been doing that for years anyhow
