I am responding here to your post in the Signum thread, I am unable to unlock it.

At the beginning of your post you got to the root of the problem, with regard to this forum.
You have openly stated, that you have friends, who happen to be advantage players and
it appears from where I am at, that you turn a blind eye and allow one of those friends to
deliberately disrupt other members threads and generally make their time at vls, as
unpleasant as possible. On this issue we definitely part company.

In my opinion as an Administrator you have a duty of fairness to all the Members here,
irrespective if they are your friends or not. If a friend of mine continually caused offence
to another Member, I would have to warn them that their actions were unacceptable, as
defined by the rules of the forum, which apply to everyone and if they could not abide by
such rules, then they would have to leave the forum. By supporting such a disruptive friend
presented you with a problem, in that I should  been afforded the courtesy of a
reply, as to why Landis/herb was not banned for his consistently disruptive behaviour,
mainly directed against winkel and myself.

It is a fact that winkel and I have been among the most productive members of this forum
(winkel has already stated this in a previous post). Our strategies and systems have been
discussed a great deal here and on other forums, including French and German forums. I am
not suggesting that we have all the answers to roulette, but we have produced original
strategies and systems and have freely shared them with the Members here.

We have produce such strategies and systems on vls, as we considered this forum would be
an ideal environment to share with other Members here. I am certain that winkel and myself
would not have done so, had we known that a disruptive member here had carte blanche to
target us in the way he did, over a year now.

I had every right to demand that Landis/herb be banned from this forum, as there was a
totally ineffectual attitude coming from the Administrators and Moderators. Also it's not a case
of not getting on with a member, as Landis/herb deliberately tried to undermine my threads
for over a year and you chose to ignore it!

I do not see why I should be shunted off into some section. If you look at the non activity of
most of those sections, it resembles a topics graveyard. I chose instead to create 3 websites,
which for practical reasons were easier for producing a number of tables and setting out the
various systems. I made several links, as I thought it would be beneficial to the forum, as the
sites are now prominent in a google search. It therefore seems to me far more productive
than a dead section.

Sure you have a membership of 3,500 and how many actually post here. If someone has an
interesting unique system that would be of great interest to the members here, are they
likely to post it here and get hassled and ridiculed for their efforts, I think not!

It is not a case of running away from this forum, as what else could I do in the circumstances,
when the Administrators and Moderators refuse to deal with a disruptive member.

I will be involved in setting up a new forum soon, mainly to discuss the Signum system, but
we will see what develops from there. It will have rules and everyone will be expected to
abide by them, friend or not.

As I mentioned previously to you, I would be grateful if the Signum thread would be
transferred to the 'chips' section.

Hi Richard.

Nothing could be further from the Truth My Friend.

I have had more arguments with Herb then anyone I know.
In fact some time ago now I once resigned because of Him.

In the past I have put Him in Pre moderation at least once until He agreed to play nice.

In the last week I Removed one of His posts and Deleted the Landis account.

Another person then deleted yet another account.
And yet another Mod Removed another of His posts.

And Recently I have been accused of being Bias against the Advantage Players.


Now as far as Your case was concerned You can contact any Moderator that You trust and they will tell You that it was Me that stuck up for You and presented Your case as if I was in Your shoes.

Now You say I am Bias against You and Winkel.

Gees I could not keep count of how many posts that I have removed from both those accounts.
And or either warned people about such conduct and or put people in Pre-Moderation because of it.


You have missed the mark big time as far as Your comments about Me Richard.
And I am sorry that You feel that way about Me.

However I doubt that any of this will make any difference to you.
As You have made Your Decision to leave the Forum.
