Allright I have a question here and wonder what you think.  .  .  .    If I have a number that after 608 spins hits 29 times what are the odds of that being a random event?

0.08%, or about one in 1184 (assuming it's a single-zero wheel).

608 spins is a small sample though. As Herb said, collect more spins.
