This individual joins VLS every so often pretending to have a winning system, he drops clues and hints, then tries to entice people into buying it via PM. His other trick is to post a system and get other mugs to test it for him.

Everyone has their own mind.  Each person can look at any system they want and determine whether or not they think it will work.  When I look at this strategy, it seems like it is just plain luck if it wins.  There is no sound reason for it to be profitable.
