I lost it on Wild Jack yesterday.  When the timer started messing up, my mind went out the window.  I went back and looked at my film and I was missing bets right and left and making bets not called for.

Had I got my mind right, I would have stopped at the very first sign that something was not right.

This is why I can't play progressions.  When something goes a tiny bit wrong, my mind becomes foggy and my blood pressure rises and I'm a basket case.

I must learn to walk......

On my way I am working whit system allways...and if not go on long term then system is not working and must find better way or other way...this is what I am doing threw the time. I am not looking for luck!
I do not say for me I am gambler...i give my head away and only playing by the system. It can not be done something by hard way and go throw the wall.
My uncle was a gambler and has lost all his money and house and wife becouse of that. What is funny is becouse he was reparing those machines...stupid I think.
For me is chalenge to find the wright system that will bring some extra money for me...i am working on that for now 3 years,haha...3 years man  ;D But maybe I will find it...maybe I will working on that all my life I do not know...but not quit!
It is fun...and it must be fun. I have lose some money...but I will lose it anyway...for drinks or for women...who cares...this is my chalenge and nobody will take it from me. Must be way...must be![smiley=angry.gif]
When your fillings are controled then you are good...if not you are their slave you are lossing.
This is I think big school for self-control! It is hard school...
If you are not good learner then you are loosing.
Money is if you look other way only numbers...and here on roullete and around you are just playing whit numbers...it is hard to not to fall in whit your fillings and give money that is for bills or something like that.
If you are there...then it is hard to come out of that hole...big black hole!

Then is better not to play this game it will kill you and destroy you.
Casinos are made for taking our money not to give it to us...and we are fighters...fighters to find the way to take them money and win not battle...but war! [smiley=wink.gif]
Some people will die in this war...but some of them will win in long term...you can not win if your fillings are controling you...this is way to lose and die man!!! Give away your fillings and work on systems and not luck...if systems is not working for you then find new other way...not trying to proof your self that system is working if it is not working  ;)

I had the Same Sam. A guy who was messing in the live chat. My attention was away from the table and I started to miss bets. But when you play on a casino floor in a casino you need to stay calm to, and not be distracted.

Bad to hear. Did you loose al your money including your own or only your winnings?

Just some winnings but I got half of it back today.

Well, two times something bad happened on Wild Jack.  One was a phone call that had nothing to do with them.

I noticed my mental attitude had changed; I was flustered.  And I quit.

I went back later and got even with them and surged 100 bucks ahead to boot.

I made a step towards professionalism.

When I was a Boy Scout I was led to believe
that a cold shower was good for times when
one was likely to lost self-control.

Or perhaps that was for something else.
It's sixty years ago so perhaps I've forgotten.....

Hi Proofreadeds2000
That's a very good policy especially if you are paying the outside with a large house advantage on many numbers against you.  However if playing a large number of inside numbers and re-betting the same ones at least until they hit I would re consider and might have an advantage (believe it or not) after 2 losses in a row.  Many will disagree, as is their right, but may not necessarily be right.
I must add though that a reasonable progression must be added to stay ahead of the losses.  Takes courage but does pay off.

Thanks for all the input, I've enjoyed reading every one of them.
Few nights ago I lost control again, making continuous trips to the ATM and losing $850 using my method of covering two out of four sectors. I then decided to get aggressive and use $100 chips on the supabets method, where I won $1200.

Very risky, and I am very lucky it paid off. Will try not to let that happen again. Still working on self control. It's just hard for me to walk away and accept a loss.

Hi People,

If you have a robust strategy that you 'know' will win consistently (not always) then you should try my approach.

I treat each attack on the wheel as a session.
I aim to win $1,000 over 10 sessions.
I wait patiently for a time to strike and place a maxium $250 bet on my two chosen columns.
If I lose then I've had a $500 losing session.

I start the next session exactly the same as the first.
Wait for the 'ideal' time to place a large bet of $250 on two columns.
If I win I have won $250 profit.

Over 10 sessions I would usually lose only one, maybe two at the most ever. (not showing off)
Two losing sessions of $500 = $1,000 loss
Eight winning sessions of $250= $2000 profit
$2,000 - $1,000 = $1,000 overall profit.

One of the secrets is to not panic with a losing session. If you have faith in your strategy then it will pull you through in the long term.

I play at a live casino with a European wheel and always place a $15 insurance bet on the zero with my $250 bets on two columns.
There are other ways to stake this approach nolinksLwwLLww but more of that later. Remember the longer you stay at the table betting the more apt you are to lose to the dreaded House Edge.

Kind regards
Steve
