I was playing their live roulette for fun.Suddenly as i was playing their streaming changes to another roulette table with different dealer of course,im "getting" a 0 (not only me i think,the result was visible to all the players through their last outcomes board) and then i returned again to my previous roulette table.When i asked the dealer what was that,she laughed and she said that she saw it but she has no explanation.After a while i asked again for an explanation and she said that zero its in the game and that is naturally to hit a 0.
Yes i agree,0 its in the game, but not from another dealer.

The weird thing was no one complained.

This kind of thing should be unacceptable.    They can't just push a zero into the game whenever they please.   

If I played there and they did that, I'd write them a complaint and stop playing there for good.

It's a casino regulated in Costa Rica, where the law is slack and they basically have the right to legally rob you. Never play anywhere regulated by that jurisdiction.

This is Steven from Celtic Casino.   I am the Customer Support admin and I wanted to drop by and explain why there was problem.   I was recently notified by our in-game support about both the error that occurred today and this thread about the error.    In short, the dealer dropped the roulette ball.   When this happens the resident pitboss MUST come to the table and inspect the dealer and the ball.   It rarely happens, but since we use human dealers human issues will occur.   

Our pitboss has many years experience in live dealer casino studio environment.   The protocols for handling errors during a live game are similar to a brick and mortar casino.   

Our live roulette ( as well as other live roulette casinos) is the most realistic and authentic roulette experience you will find.   This should be refreshiing change for the fans here at VLSroulette.  com .

Your right, a misinterpretation of the events.  In short, the dealer dropped the ball.  The pitboss came to the table and inspected the ball, and continued game play.

I hope you are not referring to me.Because I never use insults,I never was rude to your dealers and im not that kind of man.
But if you are referring to me then you are a liar and dishonest person(you and your casino).Thats not the proper way to defend your employers.

P.s. I know what was happened to that table.I saw it.There was no ball drop and no announcement that the pitboss is coming(dont forget that i asked your dealer for the incident, she laughed and she told me that she didnt  know what was happened ).

I was not referring to you. There was another poster who deleted his comments. I certainly did not mean any offense. I was simply responding to another posters excessively abusive comments regarding the dealers. Unfortunetly, He was the only person that we have had block due to bad behavior.

Besides, I am not here to offend forum members. I am here to provide a link between this forum and our support. By goal it to add value to this forum by providing a more specialized service for VLS members.
