If getting compensated for my coding time is a scam, then welcome "Scammer Vic"

Steve

Ken it's a common assumption that if someone sells something that makes the user money, then it is not good enough for the actual seller to use. In Victor's case, he is offering a legitimate service - same as me.

Mr J

"makes the user money" >>> POSSIBLY makes the user money, now I got it. I have zero problem with Victor.  Ken

I'll be aiming to the very lazy people. I'm trying hard to include the easiest of the easiest scripting language for testing methods (BASIC-like) and make the easiest functions for people to create scripts... but even then I know that most people just HATE programming and would rather spare a few dollars for getting the code done.

The diligent will have enough with sparing the fiver for the basic framework. And don't get me wrong: I'm willing to teach others to code and I'm delighted to answer the smart questions from them when they are attempting to program and get stuck; thing is I realized coding is just not for everyone: there is plenty of people who simply don't want to code (too busy, too lazy, etc) --even if the scripting language is easy, and hence there's a market :)

I'll be the first one to sign up for Vic' service, he has great ideas and is a very good and thorough programmer. i used his help and can tell u he is always ready to go extra mile and do a great job.

btw honestly i don't think 5 bucks a month is a fair compensation price for him as a programmer, coder and ideas generator.

Victor when your site is ready, feel free to announce it, and we can integrate it into this forum if it proves popular. I may even use your services myself depending on your rates vs rates from my own programmers. I had previously asked for coders willing to test principles, but it seems nobody was willing - paying someone is another option.

Thanks Iggiv, there's the looks:

It is being a pain in the arse to code as it is modular and has plenty of communication in between modules.

For instance instead of a single bloated soft with everything, the modular approach allows it to be versatile, eventually it can be made into a bot or actually anything, as modules don't care if the input comes from a user clicking a roulette layout, numbers grabbed from an online casino screen or voice recognition software. They just receive, process and pass their processed data to the next module for it to act :)

Also, the subscription model is necessary as this can be described as "online software". The program basically checks if the membership is active and always downloads the latest binary version, so users never have to worry about downloading anything else, bugfixes and new modules just magically appear on the available list.

A demo version with 45 minutes a day for free is in order, no limiting days. So I'm giving 20+ hours of free use a month. Whoever needs more than that can't be named an ocassional user and has to pay.

We'll see where it leads...

Thanks Steve,

I've been working hard to make this a memorable software. By taking the extra step of shattering the components into pieces I believe it can provide the flexibility to please everyone, as little or as large the requirement may be.

Cheers!
