You're wrong.   I didn't run out of money,but ran out of casinos !
Since the new French law,most of the casinos are closing their doors to all French players:

I've got dozen of mails like this coming from various casinos where I had an account. 
That's the only reason why I propose this deal.

UhHuh. So why not have a friend or relative open an account for you from another country? Everybody in EU knows people in other countries, including you.

I just don't want to move in another country to play.
Because in case you don't know all casinos check your IP address to know where you are.
Even with an Irish account I can't play from France.
