I'm not the one making outrageous claims. The odds of winning 7 out of 10 on the ECs is billions to one. like I said, all the logic and evidence say that you can't do better than expectation, which  doesn't mean you can't make money with average luck and progressions for a good while.

Whenever this comes up, he says 'prove that I can't do it'. In the first place, there is already a proof which says no-one can do it, and secondly, how can I prove it for his method if I don't know what it is?

He's only too happy to quote the maths whenever it suits him, ie; if someone posts a system. But it never applies to him.

Then it's 'I don't use a system, no systems win.. blah blah'.

Really, it's just taking the piss.

How come every thread on this forum turns into a back and forth between 4 or 5 people.  I'll bet you could take the last 12 or 15 posts and find almost the exact series in 12 or 15 other places.  Take a break guys and let me tell you my story.  Thanks.

One day I was killing time on youtube right after I lost half my retirement in the stock market a couple of years ago and I saw a short clip by a guy who claimed to be making up his stock market losses with winnings from Roulette.  He said that he had a surefire method that provided a constant flow of money.  He wasn't even trying to sell it.  Just sharing it free with the whole world.  You all know the system.  Here's how he explained it.

If you wait for 11 reds or blacks to hit in a row, then bet 1,3,7,15,31,63, you'll win every time.  You all know that the odds of it turning to black after 11 reds in a row are much higher than another red.  Same thing for dozens.  Wait for a dozen to hit 5 times in a row ( or maybe it was 7) and then bet 1-1,3-3,9-9,27-27,81-81.  Same thing for dbl streets, sgl streets, corners, etc...

Earn extra money on your computer.  He said that he had like 4 computers and was monitoring four different roulette wheels so he could get plenty of plays.  Blah, blah, blah.  Made sense to someone who didn't know squat about roulette.  So I started looking into it, and bingo, I found out that he's probably broke shaking his head saying, "Where did all those Reds come from"?

Anyway, I wound up with a new hobby, although, along with many I've seen come and go, I'm finally coming to the conclusion that even if you can beat roulette, the system will be to tedious and unpredictable to really make a reasonable go at it.  In the mean time, it does help pass a hour or so each day.

And hey, most of you guys are pretty decent chaps.  Might as well interact (at some level anyway) with people you like.

Anyway, that's how it all began....

Well, thats good enough for me. Why didn't you say that before? I'll return the money I won today next time I go to the casino and tell them it was a big mistake. My wife won on the slots, does she get to keep it?
