ekoz is some loser spamming the forum (he posted yesterday under another username, same signature). His posts are not his, he just copy/pastes stuff (like this post is probably something Gizmotron said). The point is to get people to visit the website in his signature and click on the online casino affiliation link there so he makes money.

Just delete his posts until he gets tired and leaves.
