Have patience

I have realised that patience is in the end the most important ingredience of a good system to consistently make a profit.
I am not myself the most patient person and this is why I keep loosing to often I think.  CHase losses is not a good idea.
Then it is better to just gamble however.

I am working on this.  Is there any good methods. . .  meditation, yoga?
