Is there a website with live roulette numbers from real wheel?

Hi everyone.

I've been reading up on a lot of roulette systems on this website.  It's given me many ideas for my own systems which would need testing.  Here's my question.

Are there any websites you can recommend to get real live roulette numbers, instead of RNGs?

For some reason, my google searches haven't provided anything.  With RNGs, every number has an equal value of coming out.  Yet with real wheel numbers, I'm discovering that there are observed patterns that can be exploited when the time is right.  To me, adapting to optimal circumstances, money management, and basing your ideas on observed facts are the keys to a good system.
