Paddy Power security questions ( only after deposit )

Hi there

Few days ago I was searching for a Casino that offered the Live Wheel based on Evolution Gaming ( I already used it at Ladbrokes - my Favourite Live Casino ) .

I found by searching  the internet: Paddy Power and also Unibet.

Just to say that I deposited in Paddy Power around 120€ and reached wth some luck around 500€.

I deposited trough a Virtual Card ( In my Country - Portugal - is called MBnet ) that I created trough a confidential code linked to my bank debit card ( The process creates a "fake", "virtual" card with card number, expiry date and a cvv.  )


For the deposit the card was gladly accepted but when requesting the withdraw they ask me for a bank extract, photo ID, and I also sent them a copy of the virtual card issued.

I thought it was enough.  Then they said it wasn´t and requested a copy of the card ( how can I copy a virtual card? ) .  I sent them the copy of my debit card.

Then they asked me for a document of my bank with the virtual card number and my name and address on It.  Then I was still playing ( they don´t froze the ability too play/loose ) and start loosing the money until shutting down the account.

It was my experience with Paddy Power ( With the same virtual card process never had a problem with Ladbrokes or Dublinbet, receiving the money withdraw in 2/3 working days at my bank account, and not requesting any document).

Then I tryed to open a Unibet account and documents were requested prior to the opening ( are the two casinos linked? ) They even told me ( I also have a Moneybookers account ) that even depositing by Moneybookers they will need a copy of my documents.  Is this normal ?

I already filled all documents proof with moneybookers so my relation and safety is a matter of Moneybookers, or not?

Please feel free to advice me with casinos using Evolution Gaming Live Wheel but without all this obstacles in withdraw.
