Are Rx coders all dead?

Hello,
When I go to the doaload sections for RX, the last code has been entered in December 2009.

What happened to few guys that would code for us?  There are a few systems posted that would be nice to test.  And when I say test, I mean serious testing.  Not 432 spins.

I wouldn't say they're all dead but I figure most of them have decided not to post up RX code that merely displays another losing system play or idea.   What would be the point.

Once you learn to code it reasonably well, as you move along testing, once you write, test and discard a play, it's kind of pointless to post it up.   It doesn't do anything!

Or did I miss the original question completely?

No you did not miss the point.
I RX tested at least 100 different  systems . And, unless they were using ridiculous progressions, were all losers.  I understand that.

But once in a few months, someone comes up with something that looks really different and possibly could be tried.
Otherwise, what would be the point of being here?

For instance, Bombus' Cauldron.  The thread just died like sevaral hundred before.  I tried the best I could to attract attention to it.  Pointless.  As I said before, if you a talk about a 39 steps progression system that show a profit after 5 000 spins, you get 237 replies.  If you talk (like Bombus did ) about a system that show a profit after 20 000 spins of FLATBETTING, you get hardly any.

It shows you the average Roulette IQ of the people here.

I just hopes someone with coding skills would look into that system and code it if interested.

I have a hard tome to set up my mobile phone.  Imagine coding something!

Hmm, with all the unrestrained junk that floats around the boards, I think I missed the Cauldron thing.

Perhaps today would be a good one to track it down.

Supposing someone coded a system which worked, why would they share that knowledge on a forum anyway? what would they get out of it?

GogoCro

I will post rx code of my system (flatbetting) very soon (sow profit over 300k spins), but first I must fix and add something what does not work well yet.

There are a lot reasons why someone would post ideas here.  Way too many to list them.  Some would actually post a method they actually thought was a winner just as kindness of heart.  Yes, it does exist!

A lot of people have done just that.  Only their method was not profitable.

I am anxious to see your 300k positve flatbetting method...

Waht is you flatbetting method that showes a profit after 300k?

I have tried to learn RX but it's a "not so clear" programming language (in my opinion) so I stick to the more standard languages.

LOL Vic, and we are the clever ones, I also used to code in RX but found it so awkward for complicated systems/methods, like arrays and nested loops very difficult to get working properly so as you, I decided to just use a proper language as the picture in your mind is so easier to understand whats going on when you know what the code is supposed to be doing, with RX it just got too confusing.

I coded the couldron into a playtech bot for Bombus, it doesn't survive and I just couldn't imagine getting a system like that coded into RX, it would take weeks to do it.

So we havent died, we've just stopped using it.

Try it.

A little long, hogs the RX.

Sorry for the Hungarian menu.
