Nope, you can find a full URL to an image location on the web and then use the auto tag function to insert an image. It's located just below the Italicized icon just above when you write posts. The icon looks like a painting. The "img" tag is surrounded with end brackets "[" and "]" at the start with "[/" and "]" at the end.
