So what would you do

Let me put this in my own words and see if you agree.

If I find 4 in a row, I should find twice as many 3 in a row.
If I find 3 in a row, I should find twice as many 2 in a row.
If I find 2 in a row, I should find twice as many singles.

In my trot, I find ten occurrences of 4 in a row.  Therefore, I should find twenty occurrences of 3 in a row.

Am I correct?

I have an idea, but don't bet on it.  In a trot of numbers you should see certain things.  If you don't, you hope and assume that those things will happen "soon" and you bet for them to.

Suppose you had a way too many single hits and way too many double hits in a trot.  Then you should look for triples to begin happening so as to even the table.  When you have RR you would bet for RRR to make the triple.  If you had an abundance of RR and RRR then you would bet for RB to create single Rs.

This idea was advanced by Izak Matatya in his "Magic Five" system which sold for about $500.  He claims to have made tons of money with it.  Maybe some day he will come here in person and make us a video.
