Ok but keep in mind to do it one time is one thing. To do it consistently, and still be ahead, is another.

Anyway yes this is about the casino payout. I created a new section for casino complaints now

The sad thing here is that I honestly think about 70 - 80% of all online casinos would be looking to avoid paying this guy out. If that does not tell you something about how some of these guys operate and the 'toothless' regulators supposedly looking after the punters best interest......

Stick to B+M casinos if you don't have access to the handful of reputable online casinos who would hardly blink at paying someone out 15k if they won the money fair and square.

Steve

I know someone that had almost a $100k payout, from the same online casino account. But I agree that most online casinos would look for a way of not paying. The reality is in this case, court is probably the only action he could take. He'd probably win, but keep in mind the "evidence" is in the casino's control.

The casino should know though that refusing a payout could ultimately be more costly than giving the payout. They might not know or feel the loss though because they wont see the people that refuse to join.

xman1970

is it not the crux of the matter that he played on RNG ??

no doubt this casino's T&C's will state "if you use a bot we won't pay....."

Would they of used the bot excuse if he had won on a "live" wheel ??

Assuming they have a "live" wheel that is......

But in this case Steve there is no evidence. All they are saying is that he using some sort of software.

That's a bad excuse because how can they prove this?

Steve

They can prove it no more than he can disprove it. The thing is they force him to go to court over it, which they know he is unlikely to do.
