I have very serious doubts about this being true.
But... just for fun, a few questions.

Is it for single zero wheels? I assume it has nothing to do with single or double 0. But it could have something to do with the way the #s are placed on the rotor.

You say up to 28 spins. Does it  come with a progression?  If so, what kind?

What happens on a win? Wait for another 12 blank #s?

Why those 2 corners?  What is wrong with 7 8 10 11 and 31 32 34 35, for instance?

If any corner would do, you could possibly always be in action and, sometimes, on more than 2 corners.  The thing is it would be pretty hard to keep track of all the possibilities.

You have to be very lucky and i find it strange, you post about half method without complete discription and claim winning 24K ...
1K is 1000 Euro and 24K is 24000 Euro - that is one year of income.

Now at other topic you claim winning 52K with method without complete discription, that is two year of income.
This mean you don't need to work for the next three years, because you are winning with roulette methods you not describe.

Is that true?

Mr J, As I have seen your methods, All of them bust in long run. I don't believe in Luck to play Live Roulette on a Single Zero Wheel. This is no hit and trial my friend rather playing with a strategy, Needs 2500 Bankroll.

Record another 5 spins after 24,25,28,32,34,0,27 and if 8,9,11,12 does not appear then play again and hence forth.
No need to wait to 12 spins unless numbers comes like this 8,29, then u start count 11 spins from 29 onwards, Remember Wait for 12 spins Without 8,9,11,12 OR 26,27,29,30 then play with the above progression. you may choose other corners as well but I chose this one.

It is highly unlikely that 8 numbers fails to show in 28 spins. I have never seen once. this system is tried and tested and my bread and butter. Believe or not, I have given for free to help fellow players.

Here we go, the rules >>> Every number will be tracked/recorded. I am looking for the furthest back unhit street BUT this street must be at least 27 spins back. If its not yet 27, we wait until it is. If that street hits before the 27, locate next street and wait again. Lets say its the 7 8 9 street. One of those numbers will hit. We'll say its the 8. We will be betting on the 7 and 9 with progression.

We again WAIT 7 more spins before betting, hoping a 7 or 9 does not hit. (the 8 hitting is ok) If a 7 or 9 does hit, start over. After any win, start over. This is a two number progression, 1-57 spins, $3,310 on a loss. The NET wins are VERY nice, only a few wins needed and you could go home for the day. In the last TWO years, I have very good results (actual play) using this but some portions of the waiting (and BR) are not for everyone. Ken

He has to go through this the hard way.  Most of us have. Some take good sound advice and some dont.

If I may add something here...
There are a few ways you can beat this game, but none of them are easy.  They are ALL hard work.  I still cannot understand why so many players (mostly newbies) think that an easy method can make you money. Think of all the millions of players through out the years that have tried to come up some ''easy'' money.  If there was such a method, everybody would be playing it and the casinos would change the rules.

If you want to make money at this game, you have to look at the wheel itself, never the betting layout. (Forget outsidebet, Streets, etc).  Try to figure out which number or numbers are most likely to hit.  There has to be reason why a particular number or section gives an advantage.  If there  is not any reason, then you just rely on superstition.
I wont say more. Do your research and stop looking for an easy Holy Grail. You are just wasting your precious time.
